Kora's View is a situated in a picturesque setting. This 3 bedroom two bathroom modern house set on 5 acres , overlooks the Hapuku River, the Manakau Peak and the Pacific Ocean. Just a quick 10 minute drive North of Kaikoura Town Ship. We want to Share our stunning property that we have called home that is surrounded by Kanuka trees. Hear the songs of local Manu (birds). A quick drive north to a top surf beach. Have a glass of wine on the expansive deck that over looks the sea, the mountains and the hapuku river.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping is available.

Great place to relax and unwind.

Couldn’t have asked for anything else. This place is just beautiful and so well equipped for all your travelling needs. So comfortable and home from home. Having a chance to wash & dry some laundry, to cooking a meal in the well equipped kitchen and relaxing in the beautiful grounds. Great hosts who respected our privacy so kindly. Alfie the cat have us a welcomeEvery time we popped in/out. So lovely. Thank you.

Korasview a welcome haven

Sarah’s place was a welcome haven to explore the Kaikōura area. The house was spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains from the comfortable deck chairs. Sarah was friendly and welcoming and had great tips for local attractions. One of our favourite New Zealand stops. Highly recommended.

Such a gorgeous property. A lovely hidden retreat with all the amenities needed and only a short drive from Kaikora. Views from all angles form snow cap mountains to the ocean

Incredible views

Had a lovely couple of days at this wonderful property. Enjoyed spectacular views of mountains, sea, sunrises and sunsets. Our young daughter liked feeding the cows, sheep and goats. A really lovely house- pleasure to be there.
