The hotel is wonderful you don’t need to get out of it till the end of your stay . I m a sunset lover That's why I got a room overlooking the sea. the employees are too nice especially kids clubs animators . The rush club has miscellaneous activities , the animators linda saad yazid chaimaa and abderazak are fabulous And what I liked more is the concerts held at night under the supervision of Linda and her team . It was a great experience ♥️

We stayed here for the weekend, beautiful and well managed resort with lots of activities to keep you busy. I would like to give a special recommendation to Ahmed the photographer for an excellent service, quality and turnaround of photos

We stayed here with another family and the facilities are very good. However you have to pay for al pay all of the facilities like quad biking, jet skiing even the mini golf. There were a number of restaurants but they were pretty much all closed most of the time which meant paying for the Market Place buffet even when we wanted something small. The staff were very friendly and very nice. I wouldn’t go back though

Secluded between El Jedida and 70min drive from Casablanca is a gem that is a true epicentre of extremely high level and quality of service provided by a wide array of hospitality minded employees doing their very utmost to provide the most gentle and personalised service to the guests . Having travelled across 5 continents and stayed in the most exclusive highly rated hotels and resorts, we were stunned by the excellency reigning at the Mazagan . Very few times we experienced such dedicated staff that are, at all times , truly providing beyond their duties and ensuring that the guests are treated like kings throughout their stay . It would be too long to name each and every of them that did make our stay a true luxurious experience but for sure the Mazagan sets the tone in delivering an unforgettable experience each and every day . Aside , lots of activities available , an amazing beach ( you can’t see the end ) and a vast choice of delicious food throughout the restaurants of the resort. It is very rare to have this feeling of sadeness leaving a resort when you have in memory so many precious moments and dedication offered by so many gracious , elegant and lovely people . Who ever is managing the Mazagan , Sir ! Hat off ! You have set the standards that very few worldwide can beat . Last.... the baby club is incredible and allows the parents to enjoy themselves too . Mazagan beach they have the best service ,The team mate of rush club they are the best they are a sow sweet they have a lot of activitys like motorcycle, zipline, surfing, the restaurant is the Best they have a lot of international foods like india., turkey, arabic,.

Beautiful secure hotel with very accommodating staff who go out their way to make you feel welcome. Hotel caters for all age groups and has amazing facilities! unfortunately for us we had to check out one day early due to unforeseen circumstances, reception staff wanted to offer us a refund and only charge us for a late check out however this gesture was declined by the manager Hamza, we spent nine amazing days, tried all the hotels restaurants and tipped staff generously throughout our stay, unfortunately Hamza’s action ruined what would have been a perfect family holiday.

The hotel is beautiful - with every type of activity you can think of. Grounds are expansive and clean. Pool area is fantastic. Problem is with front desk personnel. I found (some-not all ) them to be not polite at all if there was a misunderstanding due to a language barrier. Instead of being patient they became rude. Never experienced that before - anywhere. Really is a shame considering there were so many wonderful staff who bent over backwards to accommodate. I would probably return- but steer clear of the front desk.

We have just returned from a week in this wonderful hotel and would highly recommend it. There are so many options for being active and for relaxing. We enjoyed the spa and Buddha Bar Beach in particular. We want to commend the staff for the friendly and excellent care they took of us, especially the mint tea guy and sushi guy in the Marketplace restaurant. The kids loved them. The only improvement we would have liked is for clearer labelling on dietary choices. Our daughter is vegan and the only person who knew what this was turned out to be the manager of the seafood restaurant. Lastly, do be aware of the large deposit they take at the start: do budget for this. All in all, an incredible break in a beautiful place.

I am an experienced traveler and a travel writer. First impressions are the key when I do a review for a hotel. Despite the beautiful amenities and good food, I was very dissatisfied about the check-in process. This is what happened: I always carry my hotels vouchers from my travel agency with the confirmation number. I usually don’t have to show it when I check-in but at this hotel I was told they couldn’t find my reservation and they asked me to wait. No problem. I waited almost 30 minutes and then the receptionist told me, it seems they do have a reservation but it’s not paid. Now, my paper clearly states it’s paid since March 20th and I had the confirmation number but they couldn’t find it in their system, so I was told to wait again because they will do the reservation now (wait, he just said they do have a reservation, right?). Because this is the type of situation I like to analyze, I kept silent and I waited 15 minutes more. Then I was called to the desk to finish the check-in, he said I just needed to pay now and when they receive the payment from hotelspro.com (you can’t reserve with them without paying) they will return my money. So I did. Then I went to my room (they upgraded my room as an apology) Later I called my travel agency and they confirmed payment was done back in 3/20. I went back to the reception and they confirmed they got the payment. I asked for a detailed explanation and they told me, my USA travel agency paid hotelspro.com and hotelspro.com then have to pay hotelbeds.com and hotelbeds.com never paid the Mazagan resort. He said this has happened before with other reservations (where they don’t get the payment when they are supposed to from hotelbeds.com) so my complaint was: if this has happened before why do I have to wait one hour in the lobby, then waste time with some international calls? If the resort knows this is a problem with hotelbeds.com why keep using them? I have stayed in over 100 hotels in the last 12 months and most of the time I use hotels.com and I have never encountered a problem like this one. If you are truly a 5 star hotel this should have been handled differently and internally, instead of making me do it all.

Truly an amazing resort i think the biggest i’v ever been to the food is amazingly delicious specially in Buddha bar and the seafood restaurant and the breakfast is unbelievably good and tasty with a huge amount of selection absolutely my favorite a good variety of activity that you can do i just wish that the prices are lower i highly recommend it for families with young children Amazing area for sun bathing and relaxing view I like to thank hasna elhalafi at reception she did a good and quick job during our check out overall very good place and stuff will visit it many times more inshallah😍
