Very nice resort, although for my taste the service was quite 'intensive' and a bit much. If you like an intensive experience this is a five star. If you like a little more hands off, laid back, can be a bit too much. Quality of staff and infrastructure are genuine 5 star unlike many facilities in Morocco.
The customer service is outstanding at the restaurants and by the pool area . The check-in staff are rude and overwhelmed due to short staffing . The rooms are clean but the view will depend of ur luck even if u pay extra for it . Al firma is one of the best authentic Moroccan restaurant . You must try it The pool is not deep so you really can not swim but you can go to the beach
Mazagan is an oasis in the middle of no where about 2 hours drive from Casablanca; hotel is grand and well designed to protect against winds. Beach is long and grand, offering great walks and vistas. Rooms were of ok size and comfort, but they did show signs of spills on carpet not being cleaned up. This was also true in main rooms.The big negative was that hotel had no record of our reservation made [...] Ended up paying twice at higher rate and now working to get overpayment back.
