Schade, dass der Besitzer keine Kaution nimmt!
Das Haus wurde in der Anzeige in keiner Weise als nicht barrierefrei gekennzeichnet. (oder habe ich das übersehen?) Aber es lag in einem Viertel, in dem kein Haus mit dem Auto angefahren werden kann, sondern nur über Treppen erreichbar ist. Ich, die Mieterin, bin auf Stock und Rollator angewiesen. Auch im Haus selbst muss man Treppen benutzen! War alles sehr mühsam!!!
Ausstattung Bäder, Einbauküche vom Feinsten - allerdings teilweise mit komplizierter Elektronik.
Gepflegt wird das Haus durch einen Reinigungsdienst - nichts zu beanstanden, was Betten und das Äußere betrifft. Die nahezu leeren Küchenschränke waren teilweise klebrig, der Backofen war völlig verdreckt und darum nicht zu benutzen. Dem unteren "Wagen" in der Spülmaschine fehlten die Rollen.
Es waren viel zu wenig Gläser vorhanden, die wir wenigstens 1x täglich von Hand spülen mussten.
Zum Glück haben wir nicht besonders viel Dreck gemacht oder etwas verschüttet. Einen Besen gab es nur für draußen. Eimer, Aufnehmer? Fehlanzeige! Das hatte ich noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung.
Warum nimmt der Vermieter keine Kaution, damit die Mieter gezwungen sind z.B. den Backofen sauber zu hinterlassen (denn das gehört zu den Pflichten des Mieters), kaputte Gläser zu melden usw.
Ich hatte in einem Telefonat vor der Anreise den Eindruck, dass der Vermieter alles dem Reinigungsdienst überlässt.
Schade, wenn man nicht gehbehindert ist wie ich, und die Ausstattung ab zu ergänzt, könnte das Haus wirklich ein
schönes Ferienhaus sein.

Küche sehr spartanisch, außer Küchentisch und Stühle keine Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit für Bewohner, eine Dusche ist nur sehr warm oder heiß einzustellen, zweite Dusche floss das Wasser nicht richtig ab, Vermieter hat diesen Mangel beseitigt. Zimmeraufteilung entsprach nicht den Fotos im Netz bei der Buchung

Baustelle
Das ganze Objekt ist eine Baustelle. Ich bin mit drei kleinen Kindern angereist und es war mir nicht möglich, diese alleine spielen zu lassen. Von der Terrasse geht es gut einen Meter runter, ohne Geländer. Neben dem Haus wird ein Loch gegraben, was auch einen guten Meter tief ist. Der Garten ist vom Unkraut bereichert und ebenfalls für Kleinkinder nicht nutzbar. Für den Preis echt enttäuschend! Das Haus an sich ist in einem guten Zustand, allerdings wurden sämtliche Möbel nur halbherzig zusammengebaut. Es hatte den Anschein, als müsste man schnell vermieten, um Geld einzutreiben. In diesem Zustand darf so ein Objekt niemals vermietet werden. Normalerweise müsste man einen Teil des Geldes zurückverlangen… 🙄. Schade!

Ganz gut für eine größere Gruppe. Besser aber vorher nachfragen bzgl. der Zimmer
Gute Wohnung für eine größere Gruppe mit großer Essküche und angrenzender Terrasse.
Es gibt 5 Zimmer, zT mit 2-3 Betten, davon eins im Keller. Wir haben für 6 Personen gebucht und zunächst nur 2 Zimmerschlüssel bekommen, da in den zwei Zimmern ja ausreichend Betten für 6 Leute zur Verfügung stünden. Nach einem zusätzlichen Aufpreis haben wir auch die anderen Schlüssel bekommen, sodass wir alle Zimmer benutzen konnten, so wie es auch von uns vorgesehen war. In der Anzeige war nicht zu erkennen, dass nicht die gesamte Wohnung gebucht wird, sondern nur einzelne Betten. Eigentlich stand dort, dass wir die gesamte Unterkunft haben.
Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, diese waren sauber und gut eingerichtet, jeweils mit einer Dusche und eins zusätzlich mit einer Whirlpool-Badewanne.
Leider war die Ausstattung in der Küche nicht ausreichend, es fehlen mMn weitere Kochtöpfe, Pfannen, eine Auflaufform, etc. Es gab glaube ich eine Pfanne und 2 Töpfe. Den Ofen haben wir auch erstmal gereinigt, bevor wir ihn genutzt haben.
Parken war kein Problem, sowohl oberhalb, als auch unterhalb der Wohnung gab es ausreichend Parkplätze (nicht barrierefrei, da jeweils Treppen zur Wohnstraße führen).
Vorsicht mit Kindern bzgl. der Terrasse, es fehlt eine Absperrung und von dort geht es ca. 1m runter zum Garten.
Kommunikation war gut und schnell, es wurde immer sehr schnell geantwortet, das war super.

Urlaub mit Freunden
Die Wohnung war gut. Alles ziemlich neu aber es hat ein wenig an der Sauberkeit gehapert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sich gleich gekümmert. Die Wohnung hat keinen Aufenthaltsraum und keinen Fernseher. Das haben wir zwar nicht vermisst aber das auch nur weil wir schönes Wetter hatten.
