The heating didn’t work (at all). Very cold place , had to go to bed to get warm. The oven didn’t work. Only bought the food to cook knowing there was a oven , luckily the microwave saved the day but not the same as oven results. The fridge wasn’t turn on for arriving guests ? There was only three or four tv channels that actually worked. There was know onsite parking offered as our vehicle was said to be too big ? (Landrover Discovery) Lack of communication meant we couldn’t ask anyone to get answers to rectify heating etc. Won’t be back in two years time for sure.
