This hotel is a decent solution for business trip to Hannover. Good quality / price ratio. Location is not convenient for the messe / fair, parking is underground cost 10 Euro day. Rooms as from the 4th floor silent even if on the street side. Restaurant quality and choice is poor . Personnel very unfriendly would help you with basic request
Very nice comfortable place to stay. Very close to main railway station with plenty of shops and eateries. Huge Kauffland supermarket behind Novotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay there again.
I was staying this hotel for a night to visit Wolfsbutg. Since it was just behind the central station, it eas really convinient to move. Also, there is a supermarket just next to the hotel gate so i can buy some german food for my family in spite of the short schedule.
We stayed here in mid December for the Christmas markets from our arrival to our departure nothing was too much trouble for the staff working there. The rooms are practical and suitable for children. The hotel is in a great location for travel by train. We left my husbands glasses and jumper in the room and they were very kindly posted to us. This was our 2nd visit and we will definitely be back
The family room with 4 beds was really big enaugh and isolated from street noice. bathroom is also good. house keeping was good. kids zone with videogames and other games. free cofie in the morning. was a wondeful stay
I have stayed in several hotels of Accor chain. My stay in Hannover was one of the worst and felt “cheated” in actual terms and in comparison to other stays to hotels of the same brand. The family room supposedly had four beds. One double and two single. Completely misleading info. Please check my photo as evidence/proof. There was a proper queen sized bed with good mattress + a short bench that they had placed on top a stiff mattress (they call this a sofa) + a stiff mattress on the floor. It was rolled under the main bed and you just pushed-it out. Such beds exist but then unfold high to proper ones. This one not … it was just a mattress on wheels …on the smelly floor. Worst than going camping. Good hotel location in the city center. Excellent breakfast with hot dishes replenished frequently. Recognition as a Silver member in their loyalty program resulted in just one free drink. Are you serious? … for a hotel stay of four for two nights you provided only one free drink to the father and you insisted that this is your “policy”? During Xmas we stayed at a Novotel in Brussels. We were offered instead of the regular two drinks as per their policy… welcoming drinks for all four of us. That was a real “welcome”…. Not a mockery as your room description. Room rate was prepaid with breakfast included. I verified that during check-in. BUT on check out they asked me to pay extra for the children’s breakfast … saying in a cute way that it is not much … just 6 euros. Only to bring into their attention that indeed this special children breakfast price, had been already prepaid. Fortunately, I had a print-out of the analytical reservation through their system that the receptionist accepted in a very smiley and very professional manner. Plus points to the reception staff... minus points for reservation discrepancies
One night stay on my way to poland. Hotel is located right outside the main bus station and can get rather busy. The gentleman at reception was helpfull on check in as we got to the hotel rather late (2300) due to heavy traffic. Car park is more or less across the road which is a public car park which costs €3 for the night. Only 1 down side was when we was having breakfast not 1 waitress spoke to us,no good morning or any thing even tho we saw 2 of them after all we pay there wages by staying at the hotel. Other then that was ok.
This hotel is next to the station, yet quite quiet. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with a wet bar and microwave - proper shower, as well as a bath. The only drawback is that it is at the far end from the entrance to the station, which means walking through heavy crowds of travellers to get to the city centre. This is easily overcome by using the pedestrian / tram tunnel running parallel.
A really nice place that seems to be recently renovated, the room is larger than usual and friendly service. Even details like the hair dryer are great. Even though the hotel is at a busy street, the room is pretty quiet.
Everything is as expected. Rooms in typical Suite Novotel style. Breakfast is buffet style, hot and colds. Coffee making takes some time. Just one tip: parking garage is a public garage. You cannot miss. Cheap also, EUR3 per night.
