Sauberes Zimmer. Nicht haustierfreundlich, da es offene Stufen gibt.Standort gut. Ausstattung der Küche ist eine Katastrophe!

Beim Objekt ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die im Foto abgebildete Couch war ein Klappsessel. Lobend ist zu erwähnen, dass es eine gute Parkmöglichkeit für den PKW gab, sowie die Möglichkeit der sicheren Fahrradunterstellung vorhanden war. Nach nur einem Tag war das inkludierte W-Lan ausgefallen.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene 1 Kind von 5 Jahren. Übernachtet haben wir von Samstag bis Freitag. Der Aufenthalt war an sich ok, es sind ca. 20min zu Fuß bis ans "Meer." Der Vermieter war sehr höflich und immer zu erreichen. Leider gibt es auch ein paar negative Dinge. Die angegebenen Bilder vom Vermieter, spiegeln nicht das Zimmer wieder. Wie zb. das angegebene Sofa mit kleinem Tisch, ist nicht vorhanden, sowie die Terrasse, ist nicht so, wie es angeboten wurde. An der Sauberkeit sollte man nochmal arbeiten und die Duschbrause reinigen oder wechseln. Ein großer Besen wäre auch super gewesen, damit man mal selber was sauber machen kann. Auch das WLAN hat nicht immer funktioniert sodass man seine eigenen Mobilen Daten verwenden musste. Für einen Gesamtpreis von ca. 624 würde ich nicht nochmal hier buchen.

Uns hat es gut gefallen, die Wohnung/das Appartment ist noch neu und gepflegt. Ein bißchen mehr Geschirr wäre nett, aber wir sind zurecht gekommen.

Von der Lage her war die Unterkunft super. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Das Studio selber ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Leider gab es aber einige Dinge die nicht ganz zur Beschreibung passten. Uns fehlte zum Beispiel ein Wasserkocher, ein Haartrockner und die Seife. Seife und Spülmittel haben wir gekauft. Aber wir hatten leider keinen Haartrockner mitgenommen, weil in der Beschreibung stand, dass einer vorhanden sei. Ich als Teetrinker habe den Wasserkocher vermisst. Küche fanden wir tatsächlich sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Da sollte vielleicht nochmal ein bisschen aufgestockt werden. Wir sind mit unserer 9 Jährigen Tochter angereist. Als Bett wurde eine Art Klappsessel aufgestellt. Dieser war leider so hart, dass unser Kind dann mit bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat. Hier wäre eine einfache Matratze oder vielleicht ein ausklappbares Sofa besser, nur zu als Vorschlag. Ansonsten war es aber für die 3 Tage völlig in Ordnung. Die Gegend rund um die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und das Meer in ein paar Minuten mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Neue Wohnung, aber...

Neubau und dementsprechend gut möbliert und komfortabel, allerdings Bunkerflair, da nur eine Balkontür, die nur morgens Licht einlässt. Balkon wird mit Nachbarn geteilt ohne Abtrennung und nur 2 Stühle. Aussicht fast nur auf Nachbardächer. Geschirr spartanisch.
