This 100 sqm ground floor holiday apartment offers you three bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, an additional separate WC, and a beautiful 40 sqm living and dining room with an open, spacious, and very well-equipped kitchen. You also have access to a very large terrace. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the third has a 1.40 m wide bed. Optionally, you can connect the apartment to the smaller adjacent apartment via a connecting door. A washing machine is available in the house for shared use. The large garden with trampoline, climbing tower, slackline, swings, slides, treehouse in the woods, and the play barn with billiards, table tennis, air hockey, and more are available for all guests. Each terrace and balcony belongs to its respective apartment.

The 'Reuse' is a building in the most beautiful location. Situated on the edge of the village, directly on the circular hiking trail around the Steinhuder Meer, it offers pure relaxation for all nature lovers.

With its well-equipped apartments (from 55 sqm - 140 sqm), the large garden and the many play and leisure facilities, it has been recognized as particularly child-friendly by the 'Kinderferienland Niedersachsen' campaign!

Mardorf is a tranquil little village on the sunny northern shore of the Steinhuder Meer - about 40 km northwest of Hanover - which, despite increasing tourism, has been spared the hustle and bustle. Nevertheless, it has a lot to offer for your leisure activities. In addition to beautiful cycle paths, there are various water sports, fishing, swimming and sunbathing on the beach, two tennis courts, a 27-hole golf course, where guests are also welcome, as well as cafés, restaurants, mini golf and much more. A very attractive climbing garden rounds off the offer. There is an arts and crafts market on Ascension Day and on October 3, and on the second and fourth Saturday of each month 'the fleas' are on sale at the flea market.
