Apartment 'Dachstübchen' with Balcony

Our spacious and light-flooded attic apartment on the second floor offers plenty of space for you and your loved ones. From the large balcony, you enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, and there are additional radiators in every room. Thanks to external blinds, both bedrooms can be completely darkened. For cozy evenings, a Bullerjan wood stove in the living room provides warmth; we supply the firewood.



Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area, about 2 km from Lake Steinhude – close enough for a walk to the water, far enough away for relaxing evenings without hustle and bustle. In a quiet location without through traffic, you stay in a well-kept residential building. Supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy can be reached easily on foot or by bike. The Steinhuder Meer Nature Park offers cycling and hiking trails, sailing and SUP opportunities, as well as birdwatching and nature experiences all year round.



Important notes:

There is no elevator in the house; the apartment on the second floor is only accessible via stairs. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub; a separate shower is not available.



Hagenburg is quietly situated on the southern shore of Lake Steinhude in the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park and offers a variety of activities for every taste and interest. Shopping facilities and several restaurants are located directly in town. It is only two kilometers to Lake Steinhude with its cycling and hiking trails. The town of Steinhude with its many offerings is also only four kilometers away and easily accessible by bike.
