If you get caught in the rain while out exploring, coat hooks are located in the porch area for you to hang any wet or muddy clothing.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties, events, or commercial photography are permitted.

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at '17 on Cheltenham'. The house was perfect for our family of three generations including a 4 year old. We loved the wood burner, fire pit, comfy sofas & beds, and books & games for all ages. The location was great - minutes walking distance to woodland walks, hot pools, and town.
