Great service. Room was adequate. Walls are quite thin but ok. Excellent location being within walking distance to everything. Room service was great. Even with just the essentials they took away our dishes and replaced with new ones. Was great stay thank you.

Perfectly contained alpine lodge style room. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Taking the time to come and turn the heater on for us. Very close to the Hanmer Springs thermal pools, just across the road.

More or less standard motel, but having a booking meant the owners had put on heaters etc and provided an adequate continental breakfast. Very comfortable bed and everything clean and tidy, although no extras.

We stayed in room 5 with a street facing room we the room clean and tidy and check in was a breeze with free wifi it was also convenient to all attractions which were all in walking distance would stay here again

We chose this Motel as we had stayed their 20 years previously but unfortunately it doesn't appear to have been updated since then. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair with the back of the toilet seat broken, basin full of cracks and rotting wood around the door. To be fair the unit did contain everything we needed for a one night stay, it was a perfect location and the owners were friendly - the bedspreads had been recently replaced.

Very tired poorly maintained room. Extremely disappointing. No sounding proofing between units. Not a four star experience. Location good. Room shabby. Smelled very musty. Glad only staying one night. Felt we got worst room in the complex if it was suppose to be 4 star

Stayed one night. I called and booked ahead earlier in the day, when I arrived the heater was on and the room warm. Hosts were very helpful, good amount of broadband supplied, 10Gb. Room decor is slightly dated but clean and comfortable.

Lovely lady at reception..very polite and friendly. The room was warm and clean. The room could do with an upgrade and we could hear the conversation of the people next door through the wall. The fridge was noisy so we needed to switch it off overnight. The shower was great..really good pressure . So..overall it was all good for the price ($130 a night) .

It is a vintage motel but very well maintained. We stayed for a night and the room felt homey. It's a large room with jacuzzi in the bathroom to our surprise. In winter, the room can be a little bit cold but don't worry the heat pump heating up very quickly. Free towel if you are interested in going to the thermal pools across this motel, it's only 2 minutes walk.

This hotel is centrally located in Hanmer Springs which is great. It's an older property, but is in good tidy condition so nothing to worry about here. The service provided was great as well. But...the walls between the rooms are paper thin and it doesn't make for the a sound nights sleep if your neighbours talk above a whisper.
