Here you have the opportunity to live in a very nice and comfortable cottage with annex, lovely sauna, several patios and social areas. Proximity to several different golf courses, Stockholm Archipelago, Årsta Castle where you can enjoy a good piece of food or why not walk in Tyresta National Park or discover central Stockholm and Nynäshamn. Perfect holiday accommodation for families with children, golf fans and everyone else who just wants to spend their holiday in a nice cottage located in a real summer paradise! In a cozy cottage area, you are welcomed here by the children's small playhouse that offers one thing and another for the little ones. Further into the main cottage you reach a nice kitchen that is equipped with most things and adjoins the bedroom with double bed and living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and bunk bed and a small bathroom. Beautifully glazed conservatory with large dining room furniture, perfect for large parties at nice dinners. From here you reach a lovely patio with outdoor furniture for young and old. In the annex there are additional beds in a soothing bedroom with a bunk bed (family bed) and a fresh bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine and a lovely sauna! Nice patio next to the annex. The cottage is located on a secluded plot with lawn and beautiful shrubbery. "Årsta Havsbad" flourishes during the summer and offers a number of different bathing places, everything from sandy beaches, jetties, rocks and jumping towers. Here is also the local "Handlarn" with food, restaurant Sjökrogen, mini golf, sauna, volleyball court and much more!

All homes feature 2 bathrooms and afford space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include washers/dryers, microwaves, and refrigerators.
