Allez à Rapa Nui mais pas dans cet hôtel

Je n'aurais surement pas rédigé ce commentaire si la chambre ne nous avait pas coûté 1500$ la semaine... Quand on paye cette somme le service doit suivre en conséquence. PISCINE HORS SERVICE Nous avons choisi cet hôtel principalement car c'est un des seuls de l'île de Pâques qui comporte une piscine. Quand nous sommes arrivés, elle était hors service car en pleine réparation et nous devions attendre le surlendemain pour pouvoir en profiter. Soit, cela peut arriver. Seulement sur les 7 jours nous n'avons pu nous baigner que 1 jour et demi à la fin, il y avait toujours quelque chose qui retardait la mise en eau... PATRONNE PEU PROFESSIONNELLE Quand j'ai fait remarquer à l'accueil ce problème, la patronne présente à ce moment n'a rien trouvé de mieux à répondre que : "comme c'est écrit dans l'annonce il y a bien une piscine mais on ne peut pas s'en servir, c'est comme cela." Génial. PAS D'EAU CHAUDE DANS LA CHAMBRE Nous avons dû nous laver 5 jours sur les 7 dans une autre chambre car il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude dans notre chambre. CAFARD Nous avons aussi eu un cafard dans le lit. PETIT DEJEUNER PEU FOLICHON Le petit déjeuner est le même tous les jours et les produits ne sont pas de bonne qualité. POINTS + Il y en a quand même : le personnel qui travaille ici est chaleureux et plein de bonne volonté essayant de rattraper la gestion calamiteuse de leurs chefs. Le jardin est aussi très joli et bien entretenu. Et l'île de Pâques est un enchantement !
