About this space
Our house is in an exclusive gated community located in the heart of Hang Dong. While it's a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Chiang Mai, it's conveniently located within minutes of Kad Farang Village, Panyaden School, SBS, Montessori and several other major international schools. The North Hill Golf Course is just across the main road, and several of Chiang Mai's top restaurants are within a five minute drive. We aim to provide every amenity you can imagine, anything you need just let us know.
The space
It's a large 4 bedroom house with 7 beds. It has a brand new modern kitchen fully equipped. We have a games room with a pool table/ping pong/air hockey. The master bedroom is enormous, with a sofa that folds out into an additional bed. There is a park across the street, with playground, basketball court and a gym. There is a fully stocked liquor cabinet for guests, and weekly cleaning is provided if necessary.
Guest access
We will meet guests in person at check in, and provide key fobs that allow access to the gated community. We are always five minutes away if you need anything, but your privacy will be respected and you will not see us unless you need something.
