This ski-in, ski-out condo is located right at the base of the mountain in JJ’s Lodge in the heart of the village at Jiminy Peak. Unmatched access to all of Jiminy Peak’s year-round activities. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, tennis, swimming, fall foliage leaf peeping, shops, restaurants and the Mountain Adventure Park including the famous Mountain Coaster, Alpine Super Slide, Euro Bungy Trampoline, Soaring Eagle, Giant Swing, and climbing wall.Experience all the Berkshires have to offer with swimming, boating, and water skiing on nearby Pontoosuc Lake, Donnybrook Country Club with 18-hole golf course open to all, historic Lenox and Stockbridge, Tanglewood, summer stock theater festivals, and more. This two bedroom, two bath unit with porch overlooking the mountain sleeps 9 and is perfect for one large family, two families, or three couples. We had a great stay overall. The host was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in and accessing all amenities at JP.The location is excellent for skiing, with very easy access to the lifts and a nice view of the mountainside. Convenience was a huge plus, and it made getting on and off the mountain effortless, and some entertainment watching others coming down the mountain. The building itself is a bit dated, and there was an odor in the hallway and elevator during our enitre stay. That said, the unit itself was clean, comfortable, and had no smells at all. While the décor is somewhat tired, everything was functional and well-maintained and in good working order. If you’re coming primarily to ski or enjoy mountain activities and want a convenient, well-located place with a great host, this is the unit to rent.

Hot tub was nice. We took a chair lift to the top of the mountain. The view was spectacular. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that can use some improvement is the water pressure in the shower and definitely a new shower head. The one in the bunk room bathroom really needs an upgrade. Otherwise we had a delightful stay.

We had an AMAZING time visiting Jiminy Peak and environs, and Colin's condo was perfect for our group. We were two small families with young children, so the layout with separate bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal. We appreciated the beautiful mountain view from the balcony and access to multiple pools and hotubs onsite, just a short walk away. The condo was convenient, calm, and comfortable! Colin was very helpful and quickly responsive. I could easily envision us staying there again. 10/10.

The accommodations were great for my husband & I plus 4 young adults. The fireplace is a nice touch. The views are spectacular. Checking in was fairly easy after getting the gate remote. Would have loved if they had smart TVs to watch Netflix as I was not able to ski due to a back injury, but they did have a tv in every room. I would recommend bringing a fire-stick,gaming system, or board games of your own.We did appreciate the washer & dryer as well as the jacuzzi tub. Bring your own alcohol to the resort as the prices are inflated. We will return.

The property is located at the base of Jiminy Peak. A good location for outdoor activities. Lots of things to do within a 30-minute drive. The condo was spacious and very clean. Whatever we needed, it was there. The owner was very accommodating.

Everything you think you may need in a beautiful setting!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and the host! Colin was so easily reachable and even last minute we were able to add another night onto our stay. We had 2 little ones and 4 adults and we were so comfortable with all the space. Every amenity you think you may need was there, we didn’t find ourselves saying “Oh I wish there was…” one time! It was the perfect location for us while our group was there meeting in that building. The balcony views were phenomenal and if our group comes back next year we’ve already discussed booking this condo again. I couldn’t rave about it enough, highly recommend staying here 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jiminy Peak! The location and convenience of this condo can’t be beat especially with small kids. Two things that would be great to have on hand would be either a broom/dustpan or a Dustbuster. Great spot. Owner was super responsive. We will be back.

The condo was fabulous… spacious and clean. The view of the mountain was beautiful! We loved having the Tavern, Country Store, & Mountain Adventure all a few steps away… The building itself is showing some age, but the condo is completely up to date and exactly like the pictures.
