Very nice, clean, new, good towels, great new on the outskirts of Hancock. I extended my stay a couple of extra days and they were very accommodating. I will stay here again.

It’s many sweet or small apartment. It’s like brand new. Priced right in conveniently located near Bar Harbor about a 30 minute drive away. The only complaint I have is the parking lot is Sandy and being on a motorcycle that could be problematic. There is no clerk or anyone to really talk to. They just send you a message with a code and Wi-Fi password but it works out fine. I’d stay here again.

They charged me twice for our stay and now I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Their vm is full, apparently they are not checking that either!

Bar Harbor Visit

This place is totally unacceptable for accomodations based on appearance, inadequate parking, inability to handle luggage since insufficoent lighting in back of what appears to be a converted warehouse or storage building. Piles of wood lay in front of building, structurally looks run down and alarming to the eye. My wife and I were soo turned off, we did not stay there and never had such a terrible experience in all of our 30 years of travel together. Without a doubt, this place was not worth amount charged of and doesn't matter we didn't go inside room entrance from back of building. One should feel entering a apt set up secure, safe and see a solid facility and none applied here. It all started off bad quickly with steep driveway drop off from road and not lit at night and jist got worse from there. A real shocker and disappointment!

The apartment is nice and clean and well maitain. However, we need to buy a fan from Walmart, to circulate the air in the bedroom since it is located in the back, the cold air from the front of the apt can not travel to the back.
