The 2 women checking us in were phenomenal. Very polite and informative and efficient. We were hoping to drop our bags and walk around a bit until check-in. But instead we were told the room would be ready in 10 minutes, that was absolutely fantastic. We were able to take a short nap after being up for 22+ hours, and then go sightseeing and dinner. The room was nice and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Can't wait till we come back. Loved the location.

Hotel was very clean. The staff was very attentive and you could tell they cared about their guests. The room I had was lovely and it’s in a convenient location. Very highly recommended

Great place to stay, breakfast is included (I did not remember that until the last of 11 days). Room is clean, bed was comfortable although the springs creaked a bit. The A/C was a welcome relief from the 90's while we were there although we could never get it quite as cool as we wanted. Andrea, the evening desk attendant was extremely cordial and helpful. She has a great knowledge of the city, restaurants, tram usage, and sites to see. We had a great time and the hotel is convenient for walking to many sites and close to tram access.

Great proximity to sites and the lobby was always staffed. Room cleaning was great. My laundry service was mixed up with another room, but it was quickly resolved once I realized the swap.
