Oceanfront 2 bed/2 bath, 1200 square feet!

Very spacious unit with 1200 square feet, double the size of most units in the building, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of storage and living areas including balcony seating. The Surf building is located at the top of Hampton Beach Boardwalk has expansive ocean views; built in 2015 appointed with modern amenities. This unit is a 4th floor end unit and is called “Big Surf” a nod toward its spaciousness.

Big Surf: Sleeps 6, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a queen sized sleeper in living room. Open concept living area, full kitchen, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. Washer and dryer in unit. Granite countertops and hardwood floors throughout. Three TVs and Internet Wifi in the unit. Elevator Access. One dedicated parking spot. Additional paid parking is available in the adjacent lot.

4th floor END unit provides greater privacy, and quieter than street level.
Ample storage space outfitted with custom California closets.
Linens and bath towels provided.
K-cup coffee selection
Two types of balcony chairs provided, standard chairs and bar height chairs for optimal ocean views.
Big Surf sleeps 6 and is adjacent to Surf View which sleeps 4, rented together these two units provide room for 10 and 2 parking spot - ask us about options for renting simultaneously.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Our stay was incredible! The sunrise views were absolutely stunning, and the beach was clean and peaceful. Everyone we met was so friendly, and the home had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Top Notch Stay

We had a wonderful time at the Big Surf condo in Hampton Beach. The condo is in a perfect location near all the shops, restaurants and right across the street from the beach. Watching the fireworks from the balcony was awesome. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for a family of 4. We would highly recommend this condo and would definitely rent it again. Mary is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Hampton Beach look no further! Mary was an amazing and accommodating host! The view was amazing and each morning we sat on the porch with our coffee watching the most beautiful sunrises! Mary’s home was clean and had everything we needed. Her directions for finding the home to using the AC/heating unit was by far the best I have ever experienced. If I ever return to the area I will definitely stay again. Thank you, Mary!

The property was a great size! Although this didn't really impact the great time we had, there were a couple of areas that needed repair and better cleaning. The outdoor patio needed cleaning, the roof ceiling was very web-filled and the furniture was very dirty. For the cost of the stay, I would expect it to be cleaner. Perhaps a better cleaning company is the answer. Other than that, it was a great time!

The property was spacious and clean! We had access to beach chairs/towels/toys. Property very quiet and centrally located. There were enough pots/pans and dishes/silverware/glassware-the only thing missing were mixing bowls. We will definitely stay at this property again! The property owner/mgr. was extremely quick to respond and very thoughtful in her responses.
