Pet friendly, maximum two 30 pound dogs. Please be sure to include the pet in your booking as we charge a fee.
This is a third floor unit, stairs are required to access the unit.

Our onsite manager, Debbie, can help support your check-in and needs during your stay and will provide parking passes. Otherwise, check-in information will provide directions to your door.

Ocean Air Suites is located on C street, 300 feet from the beach. The strip is literally seconds from your door and Hampton hot spots like the Casino Ballroom, Blink's Fry Doe, the Sea Shell Stage, and others are within a 2 minute walk. Park your car in our free parking and enjoy Hampton on foot easily right from your front door!

Welcome to the famous Ocean Air Suites! Located on C street, we are 300 feet from the beach and seconds from some of Hampton's most famous attractions, including the Casino Ballroom, Sea Shell Stage, and Playground Arcade. With the free parking spot we offer, you can leave the car behind and explore all that Hampton has to offer on foot. Our units come with one bedroom with two full beds, an open living room with one futon, a full kitchen, and full bathroom. You will also have access to a shared patio space with grills and a firepit. This specific unit is a third floor unit, stairs are required to access it. Come and relax by the beach with us!

All units come with window or wall AC units. Fans can also be used to move air around.

We prefer to host guests that are 25 and older.

Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind in the units. Smoking is allowed outside, on the premises. Please dispose of butts in the appropriate receptacles.

We are pet friendly! We allow up to 2 small dogs, no larger than 30 pounds. We prefer not to host pit bulls. All guests are expected to follow pet rules which include: no pets on any furniture, including beds; pets must be picked up after both inside and outside, all poop should be bagged and thrown in the bins outside; pets must be crated if left alone in the unit.

This unit is part of a larger condo complex. While your room is private, there are some shared spaces, such as the grill and firepit area. Please be respectful of neighbors and shared spaces by observing quiet hours and cleaning up shared spaces.
