Cozy and Comfy

The home was exactly as advertised. I always pack cleaning supplies and tolietries as many rental vacation home will not enough. This place had plenty of everything! The organization of the pantry and containers for laundry products was an awesome touch. The backyard was large and the cover for the patio was long and wide enough to keep the pouring rain away. Beds were comfortable. Foosball table was fun for friendly adult competition. My favorite would be the luggage racks for suitcases on every room. I wish there was a larger dining room table to seat 6. Lynn was quick assisting with the booking and upfront with the contact person. Caleb sent detailed information and was available when called. He was honest about the patio furniture and we knew ro bring our own chairs. Would love for the house to get the nice floors steamed cleaned and the foosball table dusted. Close to everything in the area and driveway can get four vehicles.

Great House, Exceptional Hosts

I stayed two nights with 7 friends for an event at the nearby (~4 mile drive) Hampton Coliseum and this house was exactly what we needed for getting ready beforehand and R&R afterwards. It comfortably slept the 8 of us and there were zero complaints about the comfort of the beds themselves, even the bunk beds exceeded expectations! Much of our down time throughout the weekend was spent at the foosball table. My friends and I probably hadn’t played in well over a decade but ended up going head-to-head in several heated 1v1 and 2v2 matches. I would be remiss to not remark on the amicable and professional hosts that I communicated with before and after our stay on Cline Drive. Lynn and Caleb’s hospitable demeanor from start to finish was greatly appreciated. They allowed me and my group the luxury of a later check-out time (a real game changer considering half the crew are late sleepers) and promptly answered any questions or concerns I had before and after our stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. Lot's of room in a good location for a good price. House was pretty clean and we had quick response for the couple of small issues that came up.

pleasant and comfortable stay

The property is as shown and is in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking, good wifi, and the foosball table was fun. Plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. Nice roomy kitchen with basic kitchen implements, salt, pepper, and coffee.

We picked this location as it allowed us to go to different beaches and parks. The house was as described and communication with the host was great. The only thing I wish is if the house was newer.
