This home features an open floor plan that creates a cozy space for a getaway with as a couple or with a few friends. You are within an hours drive of Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and less than 10 minutes from amazing food and shopping! The property opens up to an open floor plan with the kitchen and living room as you walk in. A dining area is available for a quiet morning breakfast that was prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a 55' TV available for you to use, and the couch is actually a pull-out full bed incase you have a 3rd person in your party. The bedroom features a queen bed with an additional AC unit and fan for your comfort and transitions into the bathroom that has a tub/shower combo.

Basic beach equipment is provided in the closet in the bedroom.

You will get an access code prior to your check in in your instructions for access. This property is located behind the fence.

Please note, there is a main house on the property that is rented separately. The main house(which can accommodate up to 5 additional guests) can be added to your reservation if interested. Please message us for details and availability!

We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, and rolls of toilet and paper towels.
Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.

The 'Management Fee' listed in your booking was for a non-refundable damage waiver. The fee covers you for accidental damages up to $500. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something were to happen and the damages were to be over $500, you pay the difference over $500. Please keep in mind that this waiver does not apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
