This home is a treasured spacious and cozy 3 bedroom/3 bath. A true golfers and vacationers paradise.

Looking for a quiet place to relax? This home is nestled in a quiet family neighborhood that is close to the beach with a 10- 15 min drive to some of the most notable beaches on the East Coast. Located 3-10 minutes from 3 DIFFERENT golf courses. There is access to both Historic(s) Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC. with an easy commute to either location about 25- 30 min.

Games/ Activities: Pickleball Paddles, Tennis Rackets, Board games, Card Games and puzzles.

House Features: WiFi, Linens (1 set each bed), Bath Towels, TV's with Roku Access in each bedroom and living room, 4 Beach chairs, Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender(s), Crockpot, Gas Grill for Grilling, and a GREAT family neighborhood for walking and riding bikes.

Beach features: Chairs/ towels (4 each)

Complimentary Items: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Sunscreen (50 and 70 SPF), Makeup wipes and other miscellaneous extras like coffee pods and garbage bags to get you started.

Very comfortable large home. Was perfect for our needs. Quite neighborhood.
