Swimming pool will be available by June 15th, 2025. Just 2 miles to Depot Park where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking or taking a boat tour on Keuka Lake.

Step into this home and you will immediately see the splendid view of Keuka Lake from the large open kitchen and living room. To the left of the living room you will notice the large formal dining area, perfect for your family gathering. Relax and enjoy that new favorite bottle of local wine and spirits. Ideally located near the Point of the Bluff Vineyard, Dr, Franks's, Bully Hill, Krookid Tusker and so much more. Both bedrooms are on the main floor of this home while the second floor houses the second bathroom and laundry area. This spacious home is a great place to relax and unwind both inside and outdoors. There is an inground swimming pool that will be ready for your enjoyment by June 15th, 2025. Just off the living room is a deck offering a BBQ grill, seating, and of course, the most perfect view of Keuka Lake.
