When we first arrived there was a receptionist who was i think a student. He didnt ask for pur ID cards, he didnt give us the form to fill, no hand tags. We asked him aboit breakfast time he didnt know, we asked the direction of our room he said go there and pointed straight. The hotel had no wifi which was a big big disappointment, breakfast was basic, dinner was food recycled of a day before especially the salads. We got also gastroenteritis from it. The milk was sour. The room was cleaned only once and we begged them for it because i was sick and i wanted a clean room.service and customer care below standards. I will never come again and i will never recommend.

Excellent séjour au Bravo Garden!! Un petit hôtel convivial très bien situé (à côté de la mer,de la Medina,de la Marina, des restaurants...) où le personnel est accueillant, souriant et arrangeant. Des chambres confortables et propres, un buffet varié correct,un SPA qui proposent une gamme de soins de qualité à des tarifs très attractifs. Et pour finir une équipe d'animation au top! Très à l'écoute des vacanciers et dynamiques,ils proposent chaque jour des activités diverses et des spectacles de qualité.

Grosse déception

Séjour réservé pour l’hôtel bravo garden, à mon arrivée on me signale que celui ci est fermé et je suis immédiatement transféré au bravo. Chambre fumeur sans cendrier, absence de cintres dans la penderie, tv en panne, baignoire sans bouchon. Au niveau de la restauration viande servie dégoulinante d'huile et brûlée au lieu de grillée,absence de choix. Piscine couverte trés décevante ; absence de vestiaires,absence de douche, absence de bain de pied anti bactérien, sol sale(chewing gum à moitié maché coller par terre) eau de la piscine ultra froide...

Hôtel bien placé, extérieurs sympas.Affiché 3* sur le site, et 4* à l'entrée,il ne mérite que 2* :chambre vieillotte, confort minimum,1 seule prise pour la TV.Propreté insuffisante:fourmis partout.Ne fonctionnent pas :tél.pour l'accueil et TV, la clim.a été coupée car c'était la date : mais il faisait encore trop chaud pour dormir! Il a fallu réclamer pendant 3 jours le changement des serviettes,les produits douche. Aucun document dans la chambre ,par ex. horaires des repas, service blanchisserie,animations, excursions,etc...Connexion wifi dans le salon très fantaisiste.Buffet copieux mais assez pareil pendant nos 8 jours. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel,pas cher mais prestations très insuffisantes

hôtel à taille humaine, très bien placé

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et prêt à rendre service, et l'hôtel lui-même n'a rien à voir avec les grands bâtiments du front de mer. Son architecture est plutôt typique et les chambres sont grandes. La piscine est particulièrement agréable. La présence d'un hammam et de soins (en supplément...) est à noter ! Le bar sert des boissons de tout type et sans supplément (sauf bières en bouteilles ou espressos en capsules) et un snack permet de manger des pâtes ou pizzas à toute heure. Les plats salés sont variés (buffet de crudités, 6 plats de viande ou de poisson et 6 accompagnements, buffet tunisien avec 2 plats seulement, buffet de desserts), et le soir il y a en plus des grillades. La nourriture est plutôt bonne, même si ce n'est pas de la "grande cuisine". Seul le buffet de dessert laisse un peu à désirer (beaucoup de pâtisseries de type génoise, peu de desserts typiques de Tunisie).

soggiorno al di sotto delle attese

Un buon affare solo all'apparenza: una tariffa "all inclusive" attraente ma che non risponde alle aspettative. In definitiva si ottiene cio' che si paga: poco. La camera messaci a disposizione ha presentato vari problemi (pulizia, climatizzazione, equipaggiamento) e l'assistenza del personale spesso ai limiti della scortesia e poco disponibile ad aiutarci. In alta stagione l'hotel ha manifestato evidenti problemi d'organizzazione (numero di lettini in spiaggia ed in piscina insufficienti, problemi al ristorante self service). Sola nota positiva: la posizione centrale e vicina ai luoghi di maggior interesse di Hammamet-Yasmine

Je recommande le Sandra Club!

Contrairement à certains avis négatifs, j'ai été très agréablement surprise en arrivant au Sandra Club! la propreté des chambres, des serviettes de toilettes, des draps de la salle de bain étaient au rendez-vous! aucune fourmi à l'horizon, contrairement à certains....Les repas étaient simples mais il y avait chaque jour beaucoup de choix. La piscine magnifique et très propre et surtout une équipe d'animateurs très sympathiques!!! j'y retournerai sans hésitation!

bel hôtel!!

cet hôtel est trés bien, l'équipe d'animation est parfaite, on a toujours quelques chose à faire. la restauration assez bien. la plage est à 5 minute de l'hôtel, la piscine trés trés belle... beaucoups d'activités à faire ( quad, jet...)
