We were lucky to have a room with a good view of the sea and the pool from the balcony cool for a hotel with free breakfast included serving buffet.....and also free parking...friendly staff..spacious lounge...but the hotel is a little bit old which gave it a classical look..

Arrived late in the middle of Ramadan. We were greeted very nicely at reception, in fact absolutely no complaints about the staff at all, they were amazing. The rooms are very simple but there was hot water in abundance and the room we had was clean and had aircon. Unfortunately, the food was not really very good and so, despite having booked half-board, we had to find dinner somewhere else.

Not too expensive but The rooms were minimalist. The breakfast was terrible. The pool had too much chloride in it. I didn't eat at the restaurant but I saw the buffet and it was ok. I am not staying there a second time.

I went here with a friend for a week and had a really nice time. Friendly staff and basic but reasonable accommodation if you're on a budget. We went last minute and it was a laugh. I hope people will start to go back as they're relying on tourism and one nutter shouldn't be allowed to destroy a country. Nice pool. 3 minute walk to a beach. We went out with one of the hotel staff and he took us for shisha locally and it was really nice to see the locals doing what they do and chilling out with a couple of drinks. We went down to the Sahara and did a cheesy (but excellent) camel ride and the night sky was incredible. The Star Wars locations were a bit disappointing but well worth the trip anyway and the place we stayed in the dessert was lovely with an outdoor pool so you could just float and stare up at the incredible stars. Well worth doing the trip. So overall, it's a wonderful country with wonderful people and this is an ok hotel with lovely staff in a good location close to the beach.

Quality / Price is good + Friendly hotel owner who is present every where and nice staff it is very acceptable house where you can have rest and enjoy swimming pool near the downtown. with a medium budget you can enjoy the nice touristic zone of Hammamett

The room I had was cold, noisy, no food for evening meal and no hot water for a bat h or shower. It is certainly not the best hotel in Hammamet cheap and cheerful. A few ights we went for evening meal there were no food left and ever night there was very little food to have no selection of desert it was the same every night fruit in some juice that was all. There was no hot water for a bath or shower the shower was just a small hand held shower with little water coming out of it.We already changed our room as the toilet did not have any water to flush it, when we complained they sent a man to repair it then when you did flush the toilet the noise of it drove us crazy so we changed rooms. The next room was very cold at night and in the morning, but there was no heating in our room at all. We was above the pool and the noise all day drove us crazy the music was so load you could not sleep in or have a nap in the afternoon. The bar at night lets in local men in to use it and on a few nights there were flights over women, the coffee from the bar was never hot so we bought coffee and food from outside. The thing I must say the staff was nice especially the manager they do go out their way to help and please you. The hotel is in a bad need of updating and it was cleaned every day also in need of new towels as the towels are very worn. Finally I will say if your funds are low then this hotel is ok for you, but if you are looking for luxury then look elsewhere. I certainly say it's not 3* more like a 2*

Staff are wonderful , very helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble, the is hotel clean but tired, the pools were clean and the spa available and not too extortionate Could do with a few bits of maintenance the lift only worked occasional which we found amusing , however it's a great place to use as a base , cannot comment on the food as never made breakfast the restaurant looked clean and well kept I am so Looking forward to going back

A fine 3 star hotel in the old part of Hammamet, about 500 meters from a beautiful beach .. We were very pleased with this older hotel that was a little worn.. but it didn´t us .. The hotel and the rooms were every day cleaned by a friendly personale..we will be happy to return

I have just returned from a 2 week stay at this horrible hotel. Firstly the reception staff try to rip you off by asking if you want to pay extra for a pool view. Then when I wanted to exchange currency I was given a very low exchange rate. When I questioned if this was correct, he tried to pretend he had made a mistake. The hotel is outdated and shabby. The lift is filthy, the corridors to the rooms are dark and dingy. The rooms are dirty and not maintained. The shower could not be used unless you held the shower head in your hand. Leaking toilet, sink taps coming away from the sink. The bed linen was stained and torn. The towels where ripped and threadbare. I could go on and on and on but the list would be too long. The hotel is supposed to be 3* but I wouldn't even give it a 1*. Don't waste your money on this horrible hotel!

Unfortunately it was worst seen hotel so far. Small arabian trick: bad room with no view through the window, +10 $ and new room offered. Room was plenty of dust, carpets were old, ugly and sticky, looked like never been vacuumed. Bedding was awful, dirty and not changed, sand was felt in the bed. Even long women hair was found under both of the pillows!! Room was not prepared at all. Water tap was leaking too. Garbage bin at check-in was not empty actually :( Door lock was not working properly and housekeepers always left it unlocked. Meal was ok, wanted more fruits, but in fact I was satisfied with it. Beach is not so close about 10 min. to go. Maybe it was a bit long time ago, but nevertheless want you to know it was in 2007 October in fact. Hope hotel became better since then.
