Beautiful hotel- very pleasant staff who maybe all just started? They confused our bill, they told me tennis clinic was canceled when it was not, they promised calls to f/u on questions we had that did not happen . Food was poor- I had to pick out old arugula from my $30 salad

Very luxurious property with friendly service. Expensive but worth it

Beautiful and lovely. If you are not in the main hotel building make sure you get a golf cart.

Great beach club and restaurants. Friendly service and very attentive.

Wonderful vacation. Rosewood tucker's Point is a great place to relax and rejuvenate.

the facility of the hotel is great and the room is very big and luxury! the staffs are all very nice, the beach is so beautiful

This place is great if you're going to Bermuda to play golf. Other than that, it's a little out of the way between Hamilton and St. George. Not an issue if you don't mind paying close to $30 one direction to either place. The bus does stop here, but the stop is far away from the hotel and the buses don't come very often. Other than that it's very nice. A great beach, very friendly staff and decent food.

Hotel was beautiful, grounds were expansive and you needed to take a 15 - 20 min trolly ride to beach, this was a downer. Beach was beautiful but trolly only came every 30 mins, noone wants to be on a schedule on vacation. Staff was great, friendly, and helpful but the ratio staff to guest should have been better had to do a lot of waiting. the staff was prompt there just was not enough of them - and the hotel was not crowded so this is saying a lot. Overall so beautiful but if you are looking for complete ease and relaxation you might not want to stay here. Next time we'll probably book the Mandarin just did not feel the value was there for there staff to guest ratio and long ride to the beach (in frequent trolly schedule).

Spent a long weekend in August here and was delighted. The nicest and happiest staff I have ever seen. Golf was wonderful, so were beach club facilities. Food is very expensive, but if you can afford to stay here, should be expected. Looking forward to returning in the spring!

It was great! Be sure to rent a scooter and tour the island. Highly recommend to everyone.

We loved the hotel. It was beautiful and we had a great view of the water. It was very quiet and the staff professional. The only negative was the 1.2 mile distance from the hotel to the beach club. We ended up renting a scooter so we did not have to rely on the shuttle even though it di go back and forth every 15 min. Restaurants were very good too.

We had a very relaxing time, Tucker's Point is a beautiful property, plenty to do that we only needed to go into Hamilton for a few hours and decided to go back to the hotel where we could enjoy the many ammenities. Our 5th floor Devonshire room had a spectacular veiw of Castle Harbour. We could have had glasses/cups in the bathroom to rinse out our mouths when we brushed our teeth, that would be the only negative thing we could say about our stay.

THE ROOM AND BALCONY WAS AWESOME, AND THEY HAVE LITTLE SOAPS AND SHAMPOO THAT SMELL SO GOOD, THEY JUST DONT HAVE THE LITTLE THINGS LIKE COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM, NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, 10-15 MINS TO BEACH, ON THE BAY SIDE OF ISLAND, NOT ANY THING FUN TO DO AT HOTEL, LITTLE BIT STUFFY, DINNING IS STUFFY TOO. HARDLY AND RESERVATIONS. ITS NEW AND SEEMS LIKE THEY HAVENT GOTTEN THROUGH THE QUERKS. I COULNDT GET A SPA APPT FOR ANYTHING. SOME RESTRAUNTS WERE CLOSED. THE STORE ONLY SELLS HIGH PRICED GIFTS, NO TYLENOL OR GUM. BEAUTIFUL DECOR THOUGH.
