Overall the hotel was lovely, our cleaning staff were amazing, know they were extremely busy. The hotel was great, nice bar and pool areas. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant. My only disappointment was the balcony, we had a great view but it was so dirty, i realise the birds are an issue but would have been nice if it was cleaned before we checked in, but during our stay it just got dirtier, it was covered in bird droppings. We cleaned to railing sobwe could lean on it and touch it.

The rooms were very unclean, and the beds were very uncomfortable! For the price of this hotel I would have expected a much higher level of attention to detail for cleanliness and comfort in bedding. We could feel the springs in the mattress.... and there was visible spill marks, dirt and dust all over the room. Would not recommend for future stays, which is sad because the Island is stunning!

Lovely friendly staff and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Live music in the hotel lounge was good. Pool and gym were great additions. The only downside was the pool closing at sunet and the gym/spa/tennis courts closing very early (4pm on weekends and 6pm weekdays), which was dissapointing.

We stayed several 1night stay during our 3 weeks in Australia. It was very convenient for catching our next flight to different destinations. It’s walking distance from the Domestic terminal and since my daughter is a power wheelchair user, it made our otherwise complex planning for accessible transportation much simpler and cheaper
