I’ve never seen so many police response come into an establishment so many times!

The room was not cleaned. Human stains on the sheets and furniture. Kitchen COMPLETELY empty, no plates or silverware. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Would NOT recommend. This place has gone downhill.

When I arrived they told me they did not have any rooms available even though I booked and paid in advance. Then when I wanted a refund they said never mind we have a room ready. I asked to see the room. There was a girl coming out of the room with a squirt water bottle and a rag and said it was clean and ready. The room smelled, had urine going up the wall in the bathroom, a hole in one of the doors, the stove/oven had old food in it and grease all over the stovetop and hood fan. There was food splattered on the wall and ceiling. I took pictures refused the room and demanded a full refund.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this property! The property is a dump and our room was full of mouse traps and mice droppings. Refused to put us in the room we actually paid for and the front desk employee was a JERK! We were also refused towels!

This place is disgusting. Carpet was wet, had mouse traps all around the corners. Smelled terrible. Reserved a non smoking room and the one they gave us smelled like an ash trey. Bathroom floors had dirty shoe prints on. I should’ve spent a night in my car would’ve enjoyed more. Run from this place

The checking in took 35 minutes. The hotel had not received payment from Orbitz. The property is very old.

The cobewebs in corners shower broking frig not in good condition

Nice to have a small kitchen and a little bit more room then the average hotel room. Price was decent for the room . Need some updating . Clean , staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK.

I checked in to the property around 2:30pm and I checked out about 3:00. The room had so many stains on the kitchen walls. The bathroom had stains around the tub area. It looked as though someone had been murdered in this room. Very disappointed!! I am trying to get my money back because I could not stay in these conditions. Avoid at ALL cost!!

Convenient location. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious. Comfortable bed. But the property is old and in dire need of renovation. Had we known I do not think we would have stayed here. There was a dingy quality to everything. Even though it was clean, the room didn’t really feel clean. The walls were scarred and patched. The door jamb in the bathroom was damaged as if an animal had been locked and and was trying to get out. Do not think we will stay there again

I like the location of the hotel. It was close to all the stores and the mall. I like how large the room were and it had a full kitchen.

The fact that this place is listed as a 3 star property is very misleading. I stayed at a 2 and a half star property that was far cleaner and absolutely nicer in every way, and it was the same price. I’d never go back, and would not recommend anyone stay there. The floors were so dirty my socks turned black. We had ants invade the kitchen, the refrigerator had splattered food all over the side. Many things like the toilet paper holder just fall apart if you so much as look at them wrong. The bed was uncomfortable, we sank in the middle the first night, and decided to put the mattress on the floor the second night, which helped a little. Pillows are as flat as pancakes, and just as comfortable. On the bright side, at least the tv worked, even if it was old and losing color, and the shower had hot water, but that’s all I can say nice about this place, for a 3 star property rating, it’s definitely a huge disappointment
