Nightly rate October- April is for 1-2 guests, one bedroom. $150 per night for each additional bedroom, maximum two guests per bedroom, with a maximum rent amount of $750.
For large groups, we also own the adjacent "Riverfront Luxury Cabin With Pond and Hot Tub" and offer discounts when you book both properties.

Horse boarding facilities are available for guest use including a five acre pasture, stalls, water trough, and tack room. No other pets allowed.

Beds: The master bedroom has a king size bed. Five bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The bonus room/ seventh bedroom can comfortably accommodate six blow up mattresses for those slumber parties. One of the upstairs bedrooms also has a baby crib. We include a port-a-crib and six additional queen size blowup mattresses with bedding. The blow up mattresses can be set up in each of any of the 7 bedrooms.
