Welcome to our home :) Our spacious 4 bedroom home, is close to so many convenient amenities that will make your stay comfortable including being steps from a grocery store, beer store and pharmacy and a few minute drive from both sit-down and fast food restaurants. Located 5 minutes from the QEW/Hwy 403, the Appleby GO station, and to the beautiful Lake Ontario waterfront that has tons of great walking paths. A fully stocked kitchen and 2 workstations makes it a perfect home-away-from-home :)

What You'll Love:

- 4 spacious bedrooms with a total of 2 king, 2 twin and 1 queen bed
- 2 full bathrooms (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer)

- We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing, general groundskeeping, and more.

- We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly.
- TV: we do not provide any channels or streaming logins. A 55" smart TV is provided for you to log into your own streaming accounts.

Bare bones rental.

Curb appeal is poor. The unit is functional but not comfortable. Convenient location, reasonably clean, a good place to drop your bags and go exploring.
