Schnukeliges Appartement

Gute Lage in ruhigem Wohnbereich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Öffis problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen perfekt, allerdings ist die Schlafcouch unzumutbar. Es könnten auch ein paar mehr Gläser und Tassen vorhanden sein.

Although we only stayed one night, parking was terrible we had to park a few streets back , the upgraded kitchen was nice the bathroom not so much but everything else was old and a bit smelly . The neighbors next door were smoking by the front door which you share and the smell of weed was in our apartment.

Es wurde extra Geld verlangt 150 sonst gäbe es keinen Schlüsselpin- Kommunikation läuft vorsichtshalber nicht über Fewo sondern Homaris Info kam erst ein paar Stunden vor geplanter Ankunft. Wir kam erst am nächsten Morgen um 4h rein, da der Gastgeber in den USA nicht erreichbar war.

Gute Lage um mit der s1 reinzufahren. Parken ist kein Problem. Wohnung ist etwas abgerockt aber ganz ok. P/L passt dafür das Hamburg relativ teuer ist.

Die Wohnung ist nett, aber recht einfach gehalten und leicht verwohnt. Leider ließ auch die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Auf vielen Geräten (gerade in der Küche) lag noch Staub. Auch sind die Geräte nicht mehr alle funktionsfähig. Der Fernseher reagierte mit deutlicher Verzögerung und hatte Schwierigkeiten mit dem Empfang und beim Benutzen der Mikrowelle sprang die Sicherung raus. Der Service war dafür sehr gut und zeitig zu erreichen.

Eine sehr interessante Stadt. Waren in der Miniatur Welt, hatten eine Hafen Rundfahrt gemacht sowie Stadtrundfahrt und Besuch im Musical Harry Potter. Haben viel gesehen und erlebt.

Enttäuscht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht.

Bei der Buchung hatten wir direkt den Vollbetrag bezahlt, aber nie den Pin und die richtige Adresse bekommen. Nach mehrmaligem probieren, um es online zu lösen, habe ich dann eine Telefonnummer gefunden. Wo mir wieder erst gesagt wurde dass ich mich online anmelden muss, um meine Buchung zu bestätigen. Zum Schluss wurde mir dann doch recht Problemfrei die Information per Telefon gegeben. Aber als wir dann in der Wohnung ankamen waren wir doch recht enttäuscht. Wir haben für 2 Nächte über 500 € bezahlt, was doch recht teuer ist und dann war die Qualität der Wohnung doch minderwertig. Die Reinigungkräfte waren noch in der Wohnung als wir ankamen, dadurch konnten wir die Wohnung erst um 16.30 übernehmen. Geschirrspüler war nicht ausgeräumt. Generell war die Wohnung sehr abgelebt und entsprach zwar vom Layout den Fotos - jedoch sind die Fotos entweder 10 Jahre alt oder extrem nachbearbeitet. Auch schien die Wohnung auf den Fotos größer als sie tatsächlich war (aber da hätten wir besser aufpassen müssen). Dann lief der Abfluss in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab. Die Toilettenbrille wackelte, so dass unsere jüngste selbst Angst hatte auf Toilette zu gehen. Kein WiFi vorhanden. Beim Verwenden der Mikrowelle ging der FI-Schalter im Verteilerkasten. Auch wenn die Wohnung ausreichend für uns war, waren wir doch sehr enttäuscht und hatten mehr erwartet.

Mehr Schein als Sein

Die Wohnung war leider deutlich weniger "schick" und neuwertig, als betitelt und die Fotos den Anschein erwecken. Das WC war nicht ganz sauber und der Klodeckel zu klein für das Becken. Der Eingang in die Dusche ist so schmal, dass nur schlanke Menschen dort duchgelangen können, was bei uns glücklicherweise der Fall ist, aber dennoch diskrminierend ist. Das (Koch)Geschirr im Schrank war z.T. verdreckt und die Wohnungstür hatte unten einen Spalt, durch den der Rauch von außen stehenden Rauchern kam. Leider ist die Wohnung auch ziemlich hellhörig. Ich mag die Atmosphäre in Barmbek Nord, aber die Parksituation ist leider katastophal. Fazit: Mit fast 200€ die Nacht deutlich überzogen bepreist!

Schöne FeWo

Die Ferienwohnung liegt günstig in Barmbek und ist ruhig. Durch den Altbau hört man ab und an das Treppenhaus oder die 2. FeWo nebenan. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich eng für so viele Leute, aber das wussten wir vorher. Wir waren völlig zufrieden und würden auch wiederkommen.

Ruhiges Apartment. Restaurants, Supermärkte, öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln sind nah. Geplant war ein Aufenthalt zu fünft, das wäre eng geworden. Aber zu dritt war es perfekt.
