Very pleased with our stay here. Nina was very helpful getting us a street parking pass. Although, street parking is very tight, and we had to walk 3 blocks. Shower doors do not close tight enough so if not careful, some water can come out of shower. Would definitely stay here again. Lots of pubs and restaurants with. Walking

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Lage.Beschreibung passt. Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern hätten für 1 Woche Aufenhalt die Betten komfortabler sein können. Das Schlafsofa besteht aus 3 Einzelteilen, das 1,40 Bett ist etwas durchgelegen und das Zusatzbett nur zweckmäßig . Wer das nicht schlimm findet, dem kann ich uneingeschränkt die Wohnung empfehlen.Sauberkeit und Kontakt einwandfrei.

Wunderschöne sehr helle Altbauwohnung, die in einer verkehrsberuhigten Strasse liegt. Die Zimmer liegen in einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof. Die Wohnzug ist sehr sauber und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ust perfekt und man kann sowohl die U-Bahnen als auch die S-Bahn mit einem kurzen Fussmarsch (ca. 10 Min.erreichen). Eine Bäckerei befindet sich nur 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt!Alles in allem ein roller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Wohnung! Empfehlenswert

Es war einfach ein rundum toller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und hat Hotelniveau. Alles super sauber, neu und schick eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist auch einfach top. Total ruhig und doch nur wenige Minuten zum Schanzenviertel und auch nicht weit zum Hauptbahnhof/Landungsbrücken etc.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung entspricht absolut den Bildern. Sauber und mit allem, was man für den Alltag braucht, ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ca. 800 Meter zum Schanzenviertel, ca. 1.100 Meter zur U-Bahn Sternschanze; ca. 700 Meter zur S-Bahn Holstentor. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Schöne und saubere Unterkunft, aber...

Die Unterkunft war schön und funktionell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben dort zu fünft übernachtet - Das Doppelbett (1,40m) hätte etwas größer sein können, das Schlafsofa war komfortabel aber das "Einzelbett" war leider wirklich eine Zumutung! Es war steinhart und hat sich so angefühlt, als würde man auf dem Boden schlafen. Da sollte man vielleicht etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen und in ein vernünftiges Lattenrost und in eine richtige Matratze investieren. Für den Preis definitiv nicht angemessen! Die Lage war gut, sehr ruhig und man konnte zu Fuß das Schanzenviertel erreichen. Die Kommunikation ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben über die Vermieterin einen Parkschein organisieren lassen, was an sich eine zuvorkommende Dienstleistung ist. Jedoch wollte sie am Ende entgegen der mitgeteilten Informationen plötzlich den doppelten Betrag abrechnen mit der Begründung "Es ist mehr Aufwand als erwartet und die Stadt hat die Kosten erhöht". Das fand ich sehr unangemessen, weswegen ich ihr mitteilte, dass wir nur den besprochenen Preis zahlen werden. Zurück kam eine patzige Antwort "Das kannst du gerne so machen, aber dann war das deine letzte Buchung bei mir". Entschuldigung, aber so etwas unprofessionelles habe ich noch nie erlebt... Den Code für die Schlüsselbox habe ich in letzter Gelegenheit und nur auf Anfrage erhalten (sie schien es vergessen zu haben, hatte sich aber sonst nicht weiter dazu geäußert). Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft, aber eine sehr mühselige und unprofessionelle Kommunikation.

sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung mitten in der Schanze

Mein Mann und ich waren für vier Nächte in dieser wirklich schönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist wirklich herausragend, sowohl die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, als auch Restaurants und kleine Läden zum Bummeln sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich. Uns hat es wirklich erstaunt, wie ruhig es trotz der zentralen Lage war. Was für uns total praktisch war, dass mehrere Wohnungen in einem Haus sind. Daher konnten unsere Freunde, die mit uns verreist waren eine eigene Wohnung beziehen und alle hatten dennoch kurze Wege. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus!
