Hotel is conveniently located in the altona station. Clean. However, Check in experience was not good. The self check in machine gave us keys to somebody's room. So we had to go back n forth

Leider war ein Late Checkout nicht möglich. Positiv war, wie das Personal an der Reception wegen Zugsausfällen ein Taxi an die Küste vermittelten und ich das Gepäck einstellen konnte.

Location of hotel is excellent, it’s connected to the train station. Breakfast is way overpriced. Lots of delicious options in train station. The bed was uncomfortable. Staff was friendly.

All in all a good stay in Altona.

Nice and quite modern interior. Clean rooms and no carpets, which is good. Good location. On the downside the pillow was too flat and very little head support. The shower had uneven temperatures going up and down.
