This hotel is really overpriced ! They all do that in hamburg and there is no reason whatsoever to pay over 100 euros for a room that doesn’t have either refrigerator or a/c. Im very sorry. Ppl don’t learn a thing from the coronavirus. Only how to make money and a lot ! A room without a/c or fan for over 100 euros??? Are you nuts ?? No refrigerator ? Soon in summer what ppl will do in such a heat ? Also. I had to pay extra for breakfast. And not everything was fresh…. I really appreciate if the hotel will refund me the breakfast !

Es ist schade das sie so eine negative Erfahrung gemacht haben. Wir finden aber auch ihre Wortwahl nicht schön. Bitte das nächste mal an der Rezeption bescheid geben es findet sich für alles eine Lösung. Und auch wir lernen immer noch dazu. Ihr Team Hansehof
