Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, wir haben täglich neue Handtücher bekommen. Allerdings war das Zimmer unglaublich klein und eng. Das Personal am Empfang war nett. Wir waren 2 Stunden zu früh am Hotel und mussten dann 15€ extra bezahlen um die Koffer schon aufs noch nicht gereingte Zimmer bringen zu können und das Auto auf den mit 10€ pro Tag extra zu bezahlenden Parkplatz stellen zu dürfen, da hätte man etwas kulanter sein können

Grundsätzlich schönes, neues Zimmer. Allerdings hatte ich eine völlig verschmutzte Bettdecke, die erst nach 2 Tagen ausgewechselt wurde. Zudem ging die Zimmerkarte über 2 Tage hinweg nicht, was sehr ärgerlich war.

Es war nicht geputzt, während einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht einmal das Bad gewischt oder gesaugt, Zimmer nicht gereinigt während des gesamten Aufenthalts... Tücher wurden nicht nachgefüllt,... Frühstück täglich das selbe, Wurst auf welkigem Salat angerichtet,... Täglich das gleiche Frühstück,... Personal nicht zuverlässig (bei Bitte würde es bestätigt, aber es passierte nichts) Ich werde dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr besuchen!

Schönes Hotel neueren Baujahres. Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Schade, dass es kein Restaurantbetrieb gab. Konnte dann aber über Lieferando bestellen und vom Hotel ohne Probleme Teller und Besteck nehmen. Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden und würde wieder dort wohnen. Zumal alles Fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Busse und Bahn in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen

Schönes Hotel direkt in Rahlstedt. Ist zwar direkt an der Bahn, aber die Fenster sind dicht und man hört nichts. Zwei negative Punkte: das WLAN ging weder an meinem Laptop noch an meinem Handy. Außerdem ist die Duschwanne zu niedrig, so flutet man schnell das Bad.

Im Grunde ok

Das Design der Zimmer war super, es war Modern und schlicht für den Preis kann da echt nicht viel verlangen. Das Frühstück war für das was Angeboten wurde ok, jedoch war das Brötchen echt nicht gut, es hat geschmeckt wie in einem Urlaubsland, wo es keinen Bäcker gibt. Der Umgang mit den Handtüchern ging meiner Meinung nach gar nicht, denn diese wurde jeden Tag ausgetauscht. Die Regel ist eigentlich liegt es auf dem Boden ist es schmutzig, hängt es wird es wieder verwendet. Ich habe 5 Tage dort übernachtet und das Zimmer wurde in der Zeit kein einziges Mal gesaugt, obwohl offensichtlich war, dass sich Dreck von außen sich im Zimmer verteilt haben und der Boden war leicht staubig. Am Abreisetag habe ich unter dem Bett geschaut, ob ich etwas vergessen hatte und dabei festgestellt, dass es da ziemlich Staubig war und es nicht so aussah als sei es vor meiner Anreise einmal gesaugt worden. Der Aufenthalt hat sich ansonsten reibungslos gestaltet,. Das Personal war nett und das Zimmer war ok. In Punkto Sauberkeit ist sicherlich noch Luft nach oben.

mittlere bis größere Sprachprobleme, schwierige Kommunikation. Parkplatzkosten pro Tag 10€, dafür bekommt man einen normal großen Parkplatz auf einem viel zu kleinen Grundstück. Große Probleme beim ausparken, wenn die Parkplätze belegt sind, da einfach alles viel zu eng ist. Man sagte mir, dass ich draußen parken könnte, jedoch wüsste man nicht ob und wie lange man dort parken kann. Wie kann ich sowas nicht wissen wenn ich dort arbeite? Sowas sollte man wissen! Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist vollkommnen in Ordnung. Nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig, alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Zimmer service ist eher sporadisch da und macht auch was sie möchten. Nach der Reinigung meines Zimmers war eine unangenehmer Geruch aus Schweiß und ähnlichem in meinem Zimmer, das Bett wurde gerade so zurechtgemacht. Badezimmer wurde komplett ausgelassen, keine Reinigung, gar nichts. Nicht einmal Toilettenpapier wurde gewechselt, kein Handtuch etc. Eben einfach nichts. Die Krönung ist für mich jedoch gewesen, das die Reinigungskraft mein Zimmer hat offen gelassen, sodass theoretisch jede Person hätte reinspazieren können und sich etwas nehmen könnte. Fazit: Wenn es nicht anders geht und man nicht mit Familie usw unterwegs ist ja, ansonsten definitiv ein nein. Löst die Sprachprobleme, vergebt lieber ein, zwei weniger Parkplätze und kümmert euch um den Zimmer Service.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Einfach und sehr modern gehaltenes Zimmer. Im Zimmer hatte ich einen kleinen Staubberg vom Anbohren des Handtuchhalters. Wurde leider zwei mal übersehen vom Housekeeping. Ansonsten alles super.

Ein kurzentschlossener Besuch Hamburgs, Hotelzimmer nur einige Stunden vor Ankunft gebucht. Rezeption ist nur bis 21 Uhr besetzt, aber ein Telefonat von unterwegs führte dazu, dass der freundliche Rezeptionist eine Dreiviertelstunde auf uns gewartet hat. Nett. Hotel ist sehr neu und war für diese Zwecke recht angenehm.
