Great staff, friendly and always here for their guests. Rooms are clean and quiet - even though it‘s on the Reeperbahn. We were even allowed to have breakfast 1.5h!! earlier, and we could use the seats even after checking out on the day!! Perfect stay!!!

Staff are friendly, we were put into a room with a shared bathroom not very happy. Had one drunk guy open our door at three o’clock in the morning shouting and screaming. A bit outdated to be honest.

it's not safe to stay there. if you arrive after 10PM then nobody assit you you have to sleep in street. this.area is not.safe at all.

The smell of cigarette smoke was horrible, no elevator. The room had an extra room that it was emptied. The clerk did not know what he was doing and took over an hour to check in (we already had registered). When we asked about how to call for a taxi for the next morning, he told my husband to go outside and in the corner he could talk to a taxi driver. Expedia usually recommends great hotels, this one was an absolute dumb, please take it out of ypur list
