The Space:

The former commercial unit is located in Hamburg Rotherbaum and has been converted into a charming 1-room apartment with 40 m². The apartment is located in the basement of an art nouveau residential building and offers enough space for five people. The apartment has a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC and a cozy living area. This is equipped with a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds. It is also possible to book the entire basement, consisting of two separate apartments. The Neighborhood:

The upscale district of Rotherbaum is surrounded by the Außenalster lake and is characterized by Tudor-style villas and mansions from the pre-war period. The Alsterpark offers spacious meadows on the shore, inviting for picnics and boat watching. The subway station Hallerstraße is within walking distance. You can reach Hamburg's city center in just 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

Underground station Hallerstraße with access to underground line U1 is just a 3 minute walk to the apartment.

U1 operates to the city center and Hamburg main station.
