Cool, high-quality apartment on the Elbe, close to the city

High quality and modern almost 50m2 attic apartment on the Dove-Elbe.

In our fully equipped kitchen-living room there is a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a hob and a dining table for 4 people.
In the living room you have a sofa bed for 2 people and cable TV.
In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide double bed and a large wardrobe for a longer stay.
The modern shower room has a shower, a toilet and a large vanity. Bed linen included and towels are provided for a small fee if desired.

The WiFi is also free of charge.
A small cozy garden is located directly at the house
Nature and the big city can be perfectly combined with us. Swimming and fishing opportunities right outside the door.
The Vier- und Marschlande right in front of the door offer many leisure options such as: B. Canoe rental, bike tours, racing bike route, rowing regatta, surfing, golf course, hot air balloon rides, riding stables and farms, Boberger dunes and much more. A water ski facility (15km away) and climbing opportunities are quickly reached.

In about 15 minutes you can reach HafenCity by car at the Elbphilharmonie.
A bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (100m) as well as good S-Bahn and motorway links bring you to the city center in 15 minutes.

die Wohnung können wir weiterempfehlen. Sie ist wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in Hamburg City.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

... vor den Toren Hamburgs. Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns vom ersten Augenblick wohlgefühlt. Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprechen voll und ganz den abgebildeten Fotos. Die Anbindung nach Hamburg ist perfekt, da zwei S-Bahn-Stationen mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen sind (wir empfehlen die Station "Allermöhe", da der kostenlose Parkplatz größer ist als bei der Station "Mittlerer Landweg" und auf dem Heimweg ggf. Einkäufe im gegenüberliegenden Supermarkt getätigt werden können). Die Fahrt zum Hbf HH dauert ca. 10-15 Minuten und mit einem Tagesticket der HVV ist man recht kostengünstig unterwegs. Großes Lob an die Vermieter, die uns für Fragen und Anregungen immer kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite standen - DANKESCHÖN! SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!!!!!!!

Neuwertige FeWo mit liebevoller Betreuung

Hier macht der (Kurz)Urlaub Spaß! Sehr gepflegte neuwertige Unterkunft mit liebevoller Betreuung durch die Vermieter Simone und Stefan. Die Lage in etwas ländlicher Umgebung ist ideal, um ruhig zu wohnen und trotzdem schnell nach Hamburg City oder auch in Richtung Ostsee über die AB starten zu können. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Immer wieder gerne

Wie waren nun schon zum 3. Mal in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung, von welcher man schnell in Hamburg ist und wenn man wieder zur Wohnung zurückkommt, schnell entschleunigen kann. Auch hatten wir wunderschöne Wintertage in der direkten Umgebung der Wohnung an der Doveelbe. Zudem genießen und schätzen wir die netten Gespräche mit der Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und besitzt alles, was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal bei Simone in Allermöhe.

Urlaub in Hamburg

Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung . Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man in 20min im Zentrum von Hamburg. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich,und man hat alles was man braucht.Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles relativ gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen(Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u SBahn? Der Bus hält fast vor der Haustür. Allermöhe ist fast wie auf dem Dorf,und doch ist man ruck zuck am HH-Hauptbahnhof und von dort läßt sich ja sozusagen jeder Winkel von Hamburg erreichen. Uns hat es rundum gefallen. Es gab nix zu meckern.

Alles wie beschrieben. Zum Schwimmen in der Dove-Elbe musste man nur schräg über die Straße. Super Anbindung in Zentrum von Hamburg über ÖPNV. Auch sehr schön zum Radfahren.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in idylischer Lage

Wer Urlaub in schöner Natur machen will, aber trotzdem nah an der Großstadt, ist hier genau richtig. Besonders im Sommer kann man hier bestimmt gut Fahrrad fahren, wandern, Baden gehen etc. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und war sehr sauber, könnte allerdings noch das ein oder andere Detail vertragen, z.B. einen Couchtisch, einen Handtuchhalter im Bad oder kleine Schneidemesser in der Küche. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir kommen bestimmt gern wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehlern

Die FeWo ist nicht geeignet für ungeübte und/oder ängstliche Autofahrer (Parksituation), mobilitäts-eingeschränkte Personen (ca. 30 zum Teil steile Stufen bis zur Wohnung), Menschen, die gerne bei offenem Fenster schlafen (Schlafzimmer zur Durchgangsstraße hin gelegen) und Gäste, die umfangreich kochen möchten (Zweiplattenherd, kleine Arbeitsplatte, wenig Geschirr und Töpfe). Am Esstisch lässt sich wegen seiner Verstrebungen schlecht sitzen.

Kurztrip in Hamburg

Wir waren zu dritt in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles so, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben ist. Sehr schön ist die Lage - sehr ländlich und doch stadtnah. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden wieder diese Wohnung buchen!

Eine tolle Woche

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erw. 2Kinder)für eine Woche in der toll eingerichteten und super ausgestatteten FeWo in Allermöhe. Von dort aus bewegten wir uns mit dem eigenen Pkw oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (ab Bergedorf / guter PR Parkplatz) in sämtliche Richtungen. Die Vermieter waren super nett und total hilfsbereit. Hatten auch prima Ausflugstipps parat. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit Highlight Musical Eiskönigin.

Perfekt zum abschalten

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster kann man die Dove-Elbe sehen. Sowohl check in als auch check out waren problemlos. Dass die Küche eine Spülmaschine hat, haben wir sehr geschätzt. Mir persönlich war die Matratze zu hart, aber meine Frau hat sehr gut geschlafen. Fazit: Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und es gab keine Beanstandung. Die Umgebung wirkt ländlich Mitten in Hamburg. Straßengeräusche sind minimal wahrnehmbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfbereit und nett. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, haben aber auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel genutzt. Alles lief reibungslos.

Wir waren und sind von der Fewo sehr angetan. Es war alles da, sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut schöne und ruhige Lage... und doch schnell in der Stadt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Schöne, neu möblierte Wohnung direkt an der Dove-Elbe

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos und kontaktlos. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön direkt an der Dove-Elbe und ist sehr modern und gemütlich möbliert und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das Bad ist neu, sehr elegant. Schade, dass es nur einen Duschvorhang, der immer am Rücken klebt, gibt und daher auch Wasser ins Bad läuft. Mit der Gummilippe konnte man das Wasser leider nicht über den Duschwannenrand ziehen. Wir waren im Dezember da und haben den Garten daher nicht vermisst. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmerfenster direkt auf das Wasser ist sehr schön.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch auf der Ausziehcouch lässt es sich sehr gut schlafen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die S-Bahn Station (Mittlerer Landweg) in max. 5 min. und ist in ca. 15 min. am HBF Hamburg.
