The staff were very nice and helpful but the property is old and needs to be renovated. Very noisy area, the music in the restaurants plays very loudly and until 2-3 o'clock in the morning.

If you are into prostitution and driving gs, then this is the place for you. Otherwise you should avoid it at all costs. For those of us who are professional travelers, this place reminds me of red light district in Thailand. The hotel is located between two strip clubs and the lobby is connected to to a very level Bar. Once we checked, I called the elevator and I had to share my ride with men that were so drunk that they could not stand straight. On the fourth floor as we exit the elevator the There is also loud music that echoes through the entire hotel. We immediately checked out and had to go to a different hotel. The manger had no sympathy.

Amazing location, great rooms

Fantastic place. Location right on the heart of the Reeperbahn, busy bar downstairs but does not disturb you in your room. Rooms are perfect, comfy beds, bathroom, storage space. Our view overlooked the Reeperbahn. If you're heading to Hamburg and want to be where all the action is then this is the perfect place for you. Really good value and the staff at the front desk were really friendly. Would highly recommend.

I was slightly surprised with the location as I wasnt aware of the area the hotel was in. The pictures I saw online implied that I would be staying in a large room. The staff were so nice and friendly. So hospitable and polite. The room was nice, and did the job. The train ststions are only a few minutes away from the hotel and there's local shops in case you want to grab a snack or drink. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there. I felt safe for the most part.

Great location, near friends and the Reeperbahn

My second 2-night stay within a week. Had a standard double room with 2 twin beds (last time I was upgraded to a business room) but it's was plenty big enough for me. This stay I was facing the back so very little noise from the Reeperbahn area - just the garbage/recycling trucks in the morning but I was already awake. Great breakfast!!
