Don't Be Fooled by the Free WiFI

Wifi was a joke, told us it was down because a company had cut the line near a construction site (3 days without Wifi). Each front desk person told us a different answer each time. Location is in an old office building - but only occupies 3 floors of the building 9-11 that we could tell. Very creepy. Room was okay size. Shower was best part of room.

Nice hotel, don’t let the exterior put you off the rooms have recently been refurbished inside and are lovely. Only issue is that there is nothing around the hotel about a 15 min walk to the central station and shops etc. Metro stop about 8 min walk so good location for links just not a good location if you want a shop or restaurant on the doorstep.

It's a good opportunity to stay at this hotel as is close to the city centre (only 10 minutes walk ). The room was cleaned every day.

Close to bus route to Station.

When a room is to accommodate 2 persons I would have expected to have 2 armchairs in which to relax. There was only one. Another feature would have been tea and coffee making facilities in the room. This would have been most welcome Particularly in view of the cold weather. Otherwise, we enjoyed our 3 day stay and the breakfast choices were satisfactory.

Ticked all the boxes!

Clean. Warm. Easy to get to city centre. Cheap. Perfect for our weekend stay. Good location & great value. The only thing that would have made this better is a kettle/drink making facilities in the room but we went down to the restaurant and got ‘coffee to go’ to take back up to our room as we opted for not having breakfast included.

Short trip in Hamburg

This hotel was fine for my short trip. The wifi wasn't very good. There wasn't much around it for businesses and restaurants. I had to cab or walk to get to most things. Its not far walk maybe 10-15 minutes to library and some shopping and restaurants.

Close to the City Centre

This hotel was perfectly placed close to the city and various tourist sites. The bathroom and room itself were clean along with the corridor areas. An ideal place for those keen on sightseeing!

exactly what i needed

only stayed for one night but everything youd expect , a big shout out to the fella on the reception doing the night shift for finding me a phone charger , without it i would have been in deep doodoo !!!!! boarding pass was on phone plus i was relying on it quite a lot to find my way around so a huge thank you for that

Unfortunately for the hotel they were having issues with the internet not being available. When asked about this I received very grumpy one word answers. There was a real lack of friendliness and no real willingness to explain the situation. I understand they were probably being asked this by all of their guests but the guests do not know what was going on. It was not until a manager came from a back office and explained the situation they i could understand the issue and then I was of course a little more understanding. Possibly the worst staff service I have come across.

Decent price for the offer

It was a nice place. Free Wifi, clean room and decent bathroom. Basically what you look for in a small trip to this location. Elevators were a bit dodgy. I would not recommend staying at the 10th floor to someone with claustrophobia.

Nice hotel - 10 minutes from Hamburg Bahnhof
