Very nice hotel

I had a very nice stay. Hotel is not big, rather boutique type. Room was very clean, decent size, with a nice view (of much bigger hotels nearby ;) ). Location is great - very close to metro station and close to shops/restaurants.

This is a small and narrow hotel with contemporary styling. The room was clean and in great order. The staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. I'd love to stay here again!

Decent place but I’ve never had to check in for my hotel at a different hotel few blocks away . We had parked and had all our luggage and had to our everything back in the car because the hotel was locked and had to find the other hotel to check in . Strange . Hotel inside was ok . Bed wasn’t that clean

Generally,it was a nice location. However, except for the contact staff and one other male receptionist we met on the day we checked in, all the others staff needs to go for training on customer relationships and service delivery. Furthermore, I what attracted me to book the reservation was the advertised 'buffet breakfast'. Previous users of the facility had positive remarks.Eventually, it was never to be .Rather it was a tea snacks table! Comparatively, the charges are high in relation to the service provided. I would come again on the condition that the rates are commensurate with the service provided.

Would no recommend it

In general a very modern bedroom. However, the TV wasn't working, the curtains fell off, very bright and loud room, the area is extremely shady, especially at night. The sink is in the shower so if you shower in the morning and get dressed you will get wet feet if you want to use the sink properly.

at night there is no receptionist and you have to get your key at a hotel 3 blocks away. At night the building should be locked for safety but it was not while I was staying, which made me feel unsafe. The neighborhood is not nice and at night you don't want to walk in the area. During the day there is a receptionist, not very friendly. The hairdryer and electrical sockets in the shower didn't feel safe either. All in all I would not recommend this hotel. There are certainly better choices in Hamburg. Sorry.

Great for its value

Hotel is great and new. It’s 10 min walking from central station, and during night time seems a bit strange and unsafe, like any other central area of big city. However, I was with my husband and everything was fine. Breakfast with great variety!

I stayed here for a solo work trip, so I didn't spend much time in the hotel outside of the evenings. The room was of a decent size with a comfortable bed The desk staff were friendly. I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast as I did not have time in the mornings before work. Generally, I took the stairs but there is an elevator in the building. However, because there's only one, leaving in the morning with luggage can be relatively slow if other guests or the housekeeping staff are using it. That said, I'd still stay here again.
