The apartment was perfect for our stay. Spacious, welcoming and quiet with the backyard being the perfect place for a coffee in the morning. Karin was super nice, made us feel at ease and everything went smooth. I would definitely stay at her place again.

Karin is a lovely host. She speaks limited English but we were able to communicate no problem. She was accommodating, helpful and made us feel at home. The apartment has everything that you need and is located in a nice neighborhood. For those looking for a place to stay during Ironman Hamburg, consider this one. The U-Bahn station is about 7 min away on foot. From there, you're 3 stations away from the IM action. Highly recommend this hostess and this apartment.

Lovely home from home on a beautiful street.

Great stay, would definitely stay again. Only 5 minutes walk away from Schlump metro station. On a beautiful tree lined street. Very quiet. Slept so well on the cosy bed. Wonderful deep bath with plenty of hot water to soak in after a day's sightseeing. Really good kitchen, well equipped for all your cooking needs. Nice living room to chill in and a wonderful garden to sit out in . Totally recommend.

Great place to stay in Hamburg

This was a great stay. Frau Brandes was nice and accommodating. A couple minutes walk to the U-Bahn Schlump, a couple minutes to Edeka, Aldi or a laundromat. We liked it a lot.

The basement flat was lovely. Very spacious, quiet and well provisioned. The only minor complaint we had is that, unlike all the other apartments there was no access to English speaking TV which was a shame. But overall it was a success.

Die Ausstattung hat voll ausgereicht. Kaffeemaschine mit Filter Gr. 4. Ein Toaster, wäre evtl. noch hinzufügen. Die TV Programme beschränkten sich auf die ÖR Sender, aber man kommt ja nicht zum Fernsehen nach Hamburg. Für die Nachrichten hast gereicht. Super war die "liefergelegte" Terrasse im Garten, gerade bei dieser Hitze ein sehr angenehmer Ort. Auch gut für uns Raucher. Die Vermieterin wars ehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten sogar einen befristeten Anwohnerparkausweis, sodass wir direkt vor dem Haus parken konnten. Die nächste U/S Bahn der Linie 3 ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Und für die Rückfahrt kann man in ein paar Minuten bequem zum Tanken fahren. Das Bett war auch bequem und lang genug. Ich erwähne dies, da es auch schon Mal nur 190cm Betten gibt, die mir zu kurz sind. Wir kommen zu einem nächsten Musical Besuch gerne werde hier hin.

Souterrain-Wohnung!

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, wir dürften früher einchecken, fürs Auto bekamen wir sofort einen Anwohnerparkschein. Zur Wohnung: Die Möbel leider nicht "hochwertig", leider auch "in die Jahre gekommen", zuweilen reparaturbedürftig. Der Garten ist im Prinzip nicht nutzbar, erstens nicht hergerichtet und zweitens sind die Möbel nicht sauber zur Nutzung bereit. Die Küchenstühle sollten nachgeleimt, der Duschvorhang umgehend entsorgt werden. Flecken überall, Sofa Stuhlbezüge, Teppiche - hier muß von professioneller Hand nachgearbeitet werden. Das die Unterkunft im Souterrain ist, sollte unbedingt in der Anzeige erwähnt werden.Trotzdem Vielen Dank.

Enttäuschung Ferienwohnung

Lt. Online-Beschreibung schöne FeWo mit Nutzung Garten und Grill. Garten alles zugewachsen und bereichert; Grill dreckig und verrostet. In allen Räumen viele Spinnweben und verweste Asseln. Insgesamt eine ungepflegte und nicht einladende FeWo. Nie wieder!
