Never going back.

Air conditioning didn’t cool, fan in the corner sounded like a tornado so couldn’t have it on while I slept, super warm in the room. Staff were nice but the room was terrible.

Good hotel! Area of hotel is under repairs, however its still a great and quiet area! Wonderful employee at the front desk who let us check inn early free of charge which was fantastic! The staff also helped us with directions and printing out documents! Really wonderful stay!

out of the way hotel but could work for you

bad week to be in Hamburg cos there was an iron man competition and lots of places booked out. BO (unfortunate name, in English) was available and seemed reasonably located. Fact, quite central but, unless you have a car or are willing to walk some way, or wait for public transport, it is not very convenient. Location, next to a big second hand auto sales and repair yard, also not of the best. But its close (2 stops on the U-bahn, when you get there) to centre of town which is OK if its not storming, raining or very cold. The room was good - it's very new ... but there is not much around in the way of food or entertainment As a base to leave in the morning and come back to at night, it worked OK

Really lovely hotel

Booked as a last minute trip to Hamburg and we're delighted by the hotel. So quiet, probably one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and available at all times.

Overall Good Value for Money

It is a very nice hotel for the price. Staff is excellent, hotel is clean and quiet. It is close to 112 bus station and 15min. walking distance from Hammerbrook train station. I find wifi terribly slow. Room though comfortable and modern, it is small. There is safe, but there is no mini bar nor a water boiler. They offer free water as welcome but even if you stay long time, you only get one time free water. Buying water from the bar costs a whopping 5.8 Euros for .75 liter. Also one last annoyance is the glass bathroom separator. You might hit it at night while going to toilet. Really strange design.

Convenient and clean

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Parking costs but relatively cheap (7€ outdoor, 11€ in door I think). Bus stop across street otherwise a S-Bahn station is like 1km walk away. I had a solo room, I think. Toilet was private but the shower was next to the bed and if anyone else was in the room they woulda got a show. I would stay there again if I was by myself. Oh and don't try checking in before 1400/2pm.
