It’s an industrial area, but the hotel is lovely. Very clean, staff is great, check in was quick and easy.

Enjoyed the room but....

The hotel staff spoke English and were extremely nice and the room was cleaned daily. They started renovations the week I was there and I'm really curious to see what improvements they make. My only complaint was there wasn't a minifridge or microwave in the room. I'm sure that is more of an American thing but it would have been nice to be able to keep drinks cold.

Nice enough - but not an easy check in process.

Our check-in process was done on a touchscreen outside the hotel lobby (we did arrive at 11pm). The check-in process is not very easy and you need to check your booking confirmation emails from Hotels.com to make sure you have the correct reference numbers for each of the rooms you have booked (there is a different reference for each room) to be able to get into the hotel and your room.

Byggarbetsplats utanför. Sunkigt och daterat möblemang på rummet. Smutsiga glas. Krångligt att checka in och ut. Personalen på restaurangen ointresserad och kom ej för att ta vår beställning, så vi gick därifrån. Frukosten urplockad, fanns inga glas eller muggar och det tog lång tid att fylla på maten.
