Comfortable though not cozy and too corporate style for my taste - has full kitchen. Hotel staff to guest ratio seemed high in the maintenance (had to call for electrical problem) and front desk, but fewer staff in the cafe where the better tables were slow to clear (maybe due to Covid?).

I’ve stayed in the regular Park Hyatt rooms before and the apartment residences are absolutely up to par concerning comfort, cleanliness and service. The apartment was very large and suitable for families as well. For business travelers it’s very comfortable and you have a nice area to work in.

Highly recommended

I really like this hotel. Have stayed on a few occasion and have found the staff exceptional each time. During this last stay, Anna Kolodzeyzik was brilliant, helping with everything from business center issues to tickets. Each time I stay at the hotel, I am impressed with the staff - which is indicative of well managed hotel. All the key services are in place. Health club far above average and everything I would want.

Best hotel in Mitte

Very central, on a quiet street but next to all shopping, 24 hour gym, highest rated Austrian restaurant downstairs, peaceful lounge on the 7th floor. Stayed one night in a top floor residence and it felt like home.

Stayed in a well appointed duplex apartment - unfortunately some renovation works were being carried out during our stay - this was acknowledged by management Great location for shopping - one of the hotel entrances is in the Main Street

many small flaws but good service

My booking through hotels.com never turned up in their system, yet Hyatt park did their utmost to find a replacement. The personal was nice, but also seemed a bit overworked at times. Finally we did get a room. I noticed specks of dirt here and there, black hairs in the shower down at pool level, dirty wall around the kitchen sink, the shampoo was impossible to get out of the container, the already small windows were covered by curtains that could not be removed, rolled up or otherwise so I could look out of the windows. The bed sheet was put directly on a leather bed. It felt strange. Overall, there were many rough edges that I did not expect at this level - they could easily be removed after a meticulous check-up.

God service allerede ved ankomst. Hjælp med bagagen ligesom bilen blev kørt i garage og ved afrejse kun 10min før bilen var tilbage. God hjælp til at finde gode spisesteder samt at reservere bord. Alt i alt et godt ophold i en dejlig lejlighed med veludstyret køkken. Morgenmaden på hotellet var meget fin, men også dyr, så køkkenet blev brugt efter 1. Dag. Central beliggenhed i gåafstand fra bymidten.
