Lovely stay, would recommend!

The breakfast buffet was a perfect start to the day. The buffet itself contained just a standard variety of breakfast options that you would expect, but it's amazing and we wouldn't have done without it. Beds were too hard for our liking. We loved the kitchenette in the room and actually cooked dinner there all 5 nights of our stay.

Superb place to stay in Hamburg

This hotel was just what we look for when travelling - easy to locate, welcoming, exactly as we booked and very clean. We booked a family room and it was exactly what we needed. We spent the day sightseeing, which the hotel is really well placed for, using the trains and also for walking around the city. In the evening we came back after eating in the restaurants / we brought simple food back to eat in the room, and then we relaxed in our room which was comfortable and air conditioned. The coffee and tea making facility is great and we used it a lot, and the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt gut. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn bei Ankunft zumindest 2 Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer gewesen wären. Die Rezeption bietet sie an, auch einzeln, was praktisch ist. Die Dusche war etwas unentschlossen, was die Temperatur angeht, das schien abhängig davon zu sein, wie viele Menschen gerade duschen/in der Zeit geduscht haben. In der Umgebung gibt es nicht allzu viel, allerdings ist die U-Bahn nicht weit.
