Great experience but not much rest!

The whole place was really new and clean and the shower/bath facilities were fantastic. The cabins were too hot and the walls did not reach the ceiling so you can hear a lot of noise from other cabins. The bed and pillow were far too hard so it was difficult to sleep. However, overall it was a great experience.

They do not allow guests with tattoos in their onsen or the sauna. Not even foreign guests so keep that in mind when youre booking. It is very nice if you like lots of privacy, the common soace is quite good as well however you can hear everything going on around you so even though its private it can get noisy and because of this you can make phone calls or make noise while in your room which i find odd

朝食付き上段キャビンを利用した感想

１人旅の際に 「朝食付き上段キャビン」 を利用させていただきました。 料金はHotels.comで（朝食付きで約4000円程）と安く、浜松駅から徒歩5分程のザザプラザ館内でしたので駅近でアクセスも良かったです。 館内自体は綺麗で、部屋は個室感があり、小さいですがデスクや財布や携帯等の小物が入る貴重品ロッカーも部屋の中にあったので非常に助かりました。 大浴場は数種類のお風呂があり、ドリンクバーもコーヒーやソフトドリンクが豊富にありましたのでロビー奥の寛ぎスペースでゆっくりくつろげました。 朝食はおにぎりやパン、惣菜等があり、種類はあまり多くないですがどれも美味しかったです。 スタッフの対応もよく親切丁寧でした。 また浜松行く機会があれば次回も利用したいと思います。
