Close to the bike path & all of the best North Shore surf breaks & beaches. Neighborhood is very safe, property is well-maintained. Custom renovated, fully furnished, open floor plan. Split ACs in kitchen, living room & master bedroom. Pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, gas grill & pizza oven. All basic amenities provided.
