Located in the Balmoral resort this stunning four bedroom home is very spacious and modern.Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and there is an additional bathroom just off the pool deck.Modern furnishings throughout with granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms coupled with modern finishing touches.The home benefits from a fantastic lake view to the rear where the pool is located.and is perfect for relaxing after a days sunbathing or at the amusement parks.This very modern home is perfect for a family vacation, short get away or business trip.Balmoral resort has great amenities including a poolside bar and grill which guests can use .There is a water park with slides which can be accessed for a fee per guest.Located 15 minutes from Lego land and around 40 minutes in normal traffic to Disney parks.Close access to H27 and I4 mean you can be at the beach on the Gulf coast within and hour.

Balmoral rental

The house was fine. We had a problem on Wednesday when we returned in the afternoon from shopping to hear the alarm blasting away . It was so loud you could hear it from the street. When we called the customer service # NOONE answered. We tried repeatedly to no avail. If the poolcare guy had not come by, we would have called the fire dept. Very disappointed and won't use it again.

Month of warming up

Wife & I, plus our dog...later, grandkids & kids visited for a week. Paid for pool heat and was comfy on cool days and was warm for the kids. Pool clean & well-maintained. Beautiful outdoor space (we lived all waking hours on the pool/patio), beautiful view of lake. The garage was set up as a game room for young kids (they loved), also floaties for pool. House was well appointed- plenty of plates, cookware, towels!!!, etc. 7 beds in all for really large families (plus sofa sleeper). Tub for little kids, big showers for adults and all bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Area is safe, great sidewalks & a fun bar & grill in the resort property. Owner (Paul) helped me understand the front door lock and was awesome to work with & helped solve a lock issue on the large sliding glass doors. We are coming back!

Bare minimum

The house is beautiful and it was clean. I gave it a two because it has nothing you need to stay in the house: 1 roll of toilet paper per room, no wash cloths, 1 towel per room, some had a hand towel some didn't. One garbage bag for the week. No dish soap, no hand soap. Would have been good to know this before we got there. I also paid extra to have the pool heated. It didn't get warm until 4 days into the trip. The owner said they only heat it from 8am-8pm. By the time it could have gotten warm, it was off and then got cold again due to the cool evenings. I have stayed in MANY VRBO homes and have never experienced the lack of things you need to stay there.
