vacation home with screened-in private pool located within Balmoral Resort

Florida. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 8 people and is ideal for

larger families and groups coming for all the great theme parks or nearby golf

courses. This home is unique as it is an ADA friendly home; there are no

cabinets at the bathroom sink to allow for wheelchair access, a handrail near

the toilet, and a rollin/walk-in shower, as well as the kitchen microwave

being on the counter.



You will love the large family area and island kitchen, with high ceilings,

offering a spacious open layout. The fully-equipped kitchen has all you need

to prepare meals, the kitchen bar is ideal for those on the move! The bright

family area features a large comfortable sleeper sofa, a 46” inch wall-mounted

Smart TV and opens out to your private, screened-in patio and pool area with

views over the lake.



All bedrooms in this home feature their own en-suite bathrooms. The first

master suite is located on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find three

bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV. There is FREE WiFi throughout.
