The space features two brand new queen beds, perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower. A handy hair dryer is available. Stay cool or cozy with AC and heating throughout the villa plus an electric fireplace to take the chill off of cool mornings and add ambience to the villa. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or just hanging out, this fantastic villa offers a nice balance of comfort and convenience. A coffee bar with Keurig coffee machine is available. We hope you enjoy what our place and Haines City has to offer. We have 2024 front loading washing machine and dryer in our villa. Ground floor end unit Villa with zero stairs and close to pool, pickleball and parking (just steps away.) Shopping and dining is minutes away on main highway. Located near Bok Towers, Legoland and Peppa Pig theme parks and many more destinations. Lots of interesting shops, restaurants and destinations within 15 minutes. Located on Lake Marion with Golf nearby. Aspenwood is part of the Grenelefe properties.
